    @Fidomobile Feel so disappointed right now and I cannot go back because I had already ported my number.. WORST EXPERIENCE I would definitely not recommend any of my friends to get Fido.. As i lost the special LOYALTY plan from my old carrier which i had been with for 4 years.. #FraudFido

    Love getting an “exclusive offer” as a loyal customer of @Fidomobile and realizing the exclusive offer is no different than anyone can get. Canadian wireless stinks.

    On top of that calling FIDO customer service is the WORST! Your supervisors are unbelievable rude and go against everything that the client was told when buying the phone and plan! Even though the plan breakup is written in the notes, FIDO supervisors refuse to agree! @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile I just activated my sim yesterday and was on call with customer service and they informed me that my plan is 10 GB only. But the sales person who offered me this plan from Fido told me that plan is unlimited which is 10 GB full speed (you can check the call recording) #FraudFido

    Thank you, @Fidomobile, for showing me just how much you value customer privacy. You gave my number to your own cold callers so they could try to find out who my ISP is. If you even think about doing that again, I'll take my business elsewhere, IN MINUTES FLAT.

    Never doing business with @Fidomobile again. Crappy company with unhelpful customer service. I don’t believe they appreciate your business anyways. Stick with Bell.

    @Fidomobile @CRTCHearings @CCTS_CPRST worst experience with fido management, not helpful at all, manager dont know anything, refused to escalate my call to oop.

    @Fidomobile I am going to cancel my account in July, but in the meantime the plan I currently have is listed at half price of what I am paying. Can I change my plan and then cancel without penalty or is there a contract? I'm doing the switch online and it doesn't specify there is a contract.
