Ammi jangra (@jangra0215) reported@Fidomobile We have been trying to contact Fido for months with no response. We repeatedly requested to cancel our mobile plan as we are no longer living in Canada, yet we keep getting charged. Michelle Almeida (@xalmeida12345) reported@Fidomobile Activating the plan is easy, but cancelling it is a huge bureaucratic process. This is an abuse and a lack of respect for foreigners who use the service. But I want to make it clear that I will not pay anything. I ask that you act with decency and cancel the charges.
