    @Fidomobile extremely unsatisfied with the service given by fido, They dont listen to customer problem . Big mistake to be a fido customer, there are better plans with other carriers and much good customer service.

    Hi Fido, I have been charged $68 unnecessarily for making international calls when my plan includes 1000 mins of free international calling. I called your customer care but they have been of no use and very rude. PLEASE HELP! @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

    @Fidomobile Hello Customer executive has given me the plan and in that plan he offered $ 10 credit for 15 months but in contract nothing mentioned about credits and its been twice that happened executive telling some thing and not mentioning in contract.

    Told I can change my modem at a Rogers location only to be told that they don't have any modems to swap and I have to call support. @Fidomobile and @Rogers need to get their acts together. @RogersHelps
