@fidomobile your iOS app is in a constant loop showing the Google Captcha. You do it, click Verify, it goes to the login again and repeats. Impossible to actually get logged in.

@Fidomobile 4- After few minutes again I tried to chat with tech support. But as soon as chat window open I got a message that agent closed the chat!!!! Finally at 23:59 I connect to another agent and explain the issue. (Conversation picture attached)

@Fidomobile I recently got a new BYOD phone plan and told that I will get $10 off every month. An agent from fido customer care team mentioned during the initial activation time (beginning of September) that the $10 off is available and also updated his notes in the system.

@Fidomobile 3- So after few busy days tonight around 23:45 I connect to live chat with Fido support about it and explain that I got an internet in new address but I'm not sure it is mine or not. After a minute I lost my connection!!!!
