    Well, my @Fidomobile store doesn't have the phone I want, and the online store is not working (at least for me it freezes right on the "Place Order" button). I'll take this as a sign. (Though I don't know if the sign is to keep my current phone or to switch providers)

    @Fidomobile Hey Fido, I just signed up with your service a couple of days ago, and now you’ve cancelled my number due to “fraud”. Any idea why? I can’t get through to anyone.

    More than 30 minutes on the phone to talk to Fido customer service! Maybe hire more people! Bad service for the amount of money you charge! SMH @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile

    I still owe $600+ on my phone. Do I really have to pay that off if @Fidomobile is not providing the service in our contract? Has anyone had any similar experiences? I've tried to escalate this with Fido many times, no one calls me back.
