    @Fidomobile Absolutely worse customer service will be porting away from this company with a couple of days I have billing issues want to speak with someone today but they are giving me time 2 days from now !! When it comes to bills u want the money right away even when its wrong

    @Fidomobile I ended my contract with you on August 25th, yet you still bombard me with emails claiming I owe you $200+. Your online chat team won’t resolve it and I can’t visit in store or call because I no longer live in Canada. Please fix this before you ruin my credit score.

    @Fidomobile URGENT My wife’s credit score dropped 140+ points due to FALSE $627 balance on Fido account CLOSED & PAID in 2022 Same issue in 2024 fixed with written proof now AGAIN We have proof Fix with TransUnion & Equifax immediately or CCTS #Fido #CreditScore

    @Fidomobile @Rogers how can you only have virtual customer service? I have an issue that they can not resolve and the earliest I can speak with a human is Wednesday morning … how is this possible? This is unacceptable service!!!!
