    Public service announcement. If you’re thinking about switching to @Fidomobile do yourself a favour and don’t. Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Spent close to 7 hrs this week on hold. They don’t care about you and just want your money for a substandard service

    @Fidomobile I got a deal on Black Friday weekend and spoke with 4 different customer service reps and finally when the order comes it is totally different stuff.

    I thought Coming from a @Google pixel 2 to and @apple iPhone 8 would be a significant upgrade. Man, was I wrong. This iPhone is a massive piece of garbage. And thx to cell phone terms I only need to deal with it for 18more months. Thx @Fidomobile

    @FidoSolutions .@Fidomobile Still awaiting the “help” that you said you’d be “happy” to provide. So far all I’ve received is slow-motion “we’ll ask you a bunch of redundant questions, give you “solutions” that don’t work, resulting in exactly where I was two days ago.” So…👎
