@Fidomobile don’t lie on your website saying 1-2 weeks shipping. Your customer services says phones will take 4+ weeks. I ordered online because it was convenient but I would have went to a Fido store if you put 4+ weeks on the we site. ******* blushit

@Fidomobile #Canada @Canada Do not sign up the mobile phone with @Fidomobile in Canada. They have terrible customer service and lie to customer They will offer when you sign up, but you will not see the those offers as discount or credit on you real agreement.

Hey @Fidomobile I haven’t been able to work for two days due to text message verification not working, and your tech support just transferred me to Rogers cell service support??? I’ve been on hold for an hour. What does a customer have to do to get support from Fido??

Raised a complaint @Fidomobile on Nov 22. No solution yet. Have been approached by 4 different associates asking for my FIDO details, to solve a complaint that "why am I receiving monthly bills when I am not a FIDO customer " Pathetic service and complaint redressal @Fidomobile
