@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile Yes they just told me about that now. My issue is before I went on vacation I was told 20 day max and rest won’t have to pay they didn’t mention anything about billing cycle. I asked her so many times so I’ll pay 300 and that’s it. Now being told something else…

@Fidomobile I didn't get my 5GB free data for the day when your servers were down. They said I'd get it in the August cycle. Now The customer care executive is saying that I didn't "ask" for it. What kind of terrible service is this??

@Fidomobile your "new" customer service system is terrible and I don't mind saying so. I rarely complain or even tweet (have a look). Speaking with a human should be easier. (been texting for the last hour with no resolution)

@Fidomobile I recently upgraded my device and paid a down payment towards it which shows on my account and on my credit card. Just got my new agreement via email and the down payment is not reflected at all.
