    @okg11996115 @Fidomobile I’m a complete victim of fraud, someone used my ID to open a Fido account. Fido doesn’t give a **** and ask me to pay. The manager: why don’t you just pay 400 and forget it? Why is Fido such arrogant?

    @Fidomobile you just cancelled my account a day after setting it up on the grounds of fraud. No one called to confirm anything with me not was I given any explanation. You have 1 person dealing with all the fraud complaints who works terrible hours for customer service

    Hi @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I’m permanently moving from Canada to UAE (Dubai). And I want to keep my mobile phone number for 2FA etc. Via a prepaid plan would be an interesting option. If I transferred to it, would my phone work in UAE (or do you have network partners)?

    Why the hell is @Fidomobile raising the cost of their plans? You're not a tangible product! There's no extra cost of gas to deliver anything to anyone. What's your excuse? CEO not making enough of a bonus? What a **** time to be raising people's phone bills 🤬 #Fido #CRTC #Canada

    @Fidomobile As a loyal customer of many years, I am appalled at the service I have received. I've been left with no option but to use up 100% of my phone data and your CSR offers me nothing more than to PURCHASE additional GBs. Great work. 🙄

    @Fidomobile I had to call a 3rd time to get someone to come today and they couldn't help me because I don't have a line going into my place (which was already expressed in many MANY PHONE CALLS.) The tech then tells me he will have to get someone else to help him and will call me back asap..

    @Fidomobile My issues are not solving from last two months fake promises every time before making payments and after payment all went into vein and i requested to transfer call to supervisor she refused and very bad accountant u hired mistakes in bill every month @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile Imagine calling Fido and all their technical support staff line is down, I couldn't even cancel the internet plan I literally got today. And on top of that you wanted to charge me an extra 50.00 to install my internet.
