@TruckChudmore @Fidomobile Was a customer for over 10 years with teksavvy, when we moved we wanted to transfer our number over to the new place, they told us no problem. After we moved they told us, they couldn’t do it. So we ended up going to Fido internet and Rogers cell. No more home phone!

Seriously wtf @Fidomobile. I have been on the phone with you guys for more than 3 hours over the past 3 weeks just to get the internet service I'm paying for!? Then they tell me to wait for technicians between 4-6pm. It's past 6 and they didn't show up. No call no text.

@Fidomobile Hi. I've signed up for a new service with Fido and a new phone. However, in my Mobile Dashboard, it shows a greater amount of money for the monthly payment program for my phone and my wife's. Who can I speak with to get this corrected?

I have been contacting fido for 3 times straight and no loyalty bouns has been provided for new purchase. @Rogers has even better deals, still chosing to stay with fido was my priority. I have been disappointed alot by the service as well the offers provided @Fidomobile
