    @cheezyplays_ @Fidomobile It will be best if you don't waste your whole time waiting for the support team cause will not ain any vital assistance from them I have come across it but I was recommended to @markcyber01 he is the best tech check him out.

    @Fidomobile ron, the keyword in my tweet is "emergency" you guys need to treat your customers better. it's not holiday season, and there's no national crisis. it shouldn't take 48hrs to speak to customer service at a telecoms provider. what should people in limbo do in the intervening time?

    @Fidomobile was in middle of getting help to navigate web page ,in middle of transaction was disconnected ,left in limbo

    @Fidomobile Sorry to say, but it does everything but help, Cheniette! Should have a failsafe to connect to a live agent if somebody wants to, as opposed to forcibly offering a callback! I did book a callback though, and will look forward to discussing what’s going on! This has me concerned!

    @Fidomobile What do I need to do to receive a call or cancel my service? I have already called customer service and scheduled a callback twice, but nothing has worked. I no longer want to keep waiting, I just want this issue resolved.
