    @Fidomobile wprst customer service received by manager olga emplyee id i1648770376, as when conplained to her about wrong charges she kept talking over me and when i asked her to listen she hung up on me

    @Fidomobile I can't login to the My Account app anymore. Everytime I try to login it just crashes after I submit the login form. I already tried resetting the password to make sure it wasn't just a wrong password. It just started happening today, I'm on Pixel 4.

    RE: @Fidomobile incompetence. We called to schedule the move of our internet in the coming weeks, and immediately our internet fell and our account was disabled. We've been like this for hours, no one gives us a solution. We need it for our jobs, we've been unable to work.

    @Fidomobile I have been absolutely underwhelmed by Fido so far...from the service to the lack of decent phone selection.

    @Fidomobile if Fido customer support made guarantees and promises but then someone else tells you the next day that they wont hold to the promises made, tell you they dont know who the representative was then you would lose any trust or respect for the company.

    @RogersHelps @Fidomobile You having issues? My download is 1/1000th of what it's supposed to be... I'd like some assistance. Was on hold for an hour and a half before just giving up...
