@auntieruee @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Also I made friends with an old lady last semester who is almost 74 and she’s stuck in a hefty plan she wasn’t even aware of cause they scammed the poor lady. Her husband died and she had no funds for that kind of bill. I wasn’t able to reverse it for her unfortunately.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile On top of that, the supervisor named "Jill" hung the call on face and when I called back, the agent said I'll receive a call as the supervisor was busy with other customer. How can a supervisor take over other customer while on call with customer?

@Fidomobile Worst customer service provider ever! I am cancelling all 3 lines I subscribed to 3 days ago. Never to return back to Fido again... everyone, please be aware... if you get a call from their WinBack team, tell them to F***Off.

@vickiemorgado1 @Fidomobile Have been having issues on and off with my provider too. Guess it's a lot of daytime usage. 4 people are live streaming and 1 is using wifi to upload and download for work.

@Fidomobile almost 2 months to activate an e-sim and it is still not working. I am sandwiched between customer support and Fido store and no one is able to fix the issue. I am paying you for the run around and mental harassment.

Hey @Fidomobile - ordered a new phone a couple of weeks ago now and FedEx is telling me it was delivered to the wrong address. I've received all the paperwork about the upgrade but not the phone, so I clearly didn't give you the wrong address.. Can I get some help pls?
