    Holy **** @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions is useless, charged $288.44 for their **** up and when they said they fixed it THEY HAVENT now I have overdue balances

    .@Fidomobile your customer service is appallingly awful. Between my husband I we have spoken to 6 representatives today to resolve a mistake YOU MADE! One of them was helpful, but couldnt correct the mistake. Now we can only speak to a manager in 24 hours.
