    @Fidomobile And read this:- I went to Fido store to discuss this , you know what they’ve said? We can only sell services, you have to call them from your number!!! I said I can’t, my account got suspended! “You can find a friend and call !” Is this how you treat your customers? @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile Horrible company Just paid over phone wrong amount was deducted Now have to make an appointment to resolve this error Already had to make an appointment to do this Amateur company

    @Fidomobile Both the chatbot AI and phone AI cut me off, saying they're unable to make an appointment for a customer service representative to call me. I've been trying for days and keep getting the same message.
