@Fidomobile You're extremely unfair to your customers and punish their long term loyalty with ridiculous charges, overly expensive plans, and extremely poor customer support. NOT COOL!

  • CindyChan416 Cindy Chan (@CindyChan416) reported

@Fidomobile I made a 49sec call ("60cents/perMin"), however I was charged $1.20. Are you so evil and greedy that you have to steal 60cents from a person that's on a prepaid phone plan?! Capitalism at its finest. #CORRUPTION Fix It!

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@gerbean99 @Fidomobile Unfortunately, there isn't anything anyone can do to prevent their number from being spoofed. Even the RCMP had their number spoofed. It's too bad more people aren't aware of the situation and more understanding when returning calls

  • mani2naga M A N I (@mani2naga) reported

@Fidomobile You are spending million $ for promotions but can’t you let the customer knows through messages that their promotion offer is going to end and they will be charged from now.? I paid $471.21 instead of $60. #NeedJustice
