@Fidomobile is the biggest cheater, Charged me $180 extra last month with promise to wave it and now again added $54 of extra chrg and did not even correct the last month's bill. Have spend over an hr with customer service they are apologetic but helpless #shame #dido #Cheater

@Fidomobile my device protection plan is increased without notify me and now I’m talking with customer care on live chat they are not giving proper answer only asking and confirming my email only. Every time when i talk with customer care i never get proper answer from your side.

I'm very disappointed at @PurolatorHelp and @Fidomobile. I bought a phone with Fido, they send it with missing apart number. Number has been provided since 9/6 but tracker keeps saying still missing, even though Purolator costumer service confirms it has been received.

@georgehuang_mrc @Fidomobile No provider would know how the data is being used, only that data was used. Privacy issues. Which app used the data should be measured by your phone. The providers only know total data used.

@Fidomobile I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max(Great deal!!) but today I contacted about the details on the order. They told me sorry we are sold out but we can cancel the order... is that how you deal with all your customers?? In bad faith; been with Fido for 2.5 years at this point
