kofi (@kofialam) reportedBeen a @Fidomobile customer for 7 years now. All I get is 1gb internet. This is how they treat their loyal customers, also charging a high price at the same time 😳. No where else on earth customers are cheated like this. I’m looking to switch. What’s good? Telus or bell?
-
Derrel (@SDerrel) reportedlol, my @Fidomobile #HomeInternet is down again. What a joke. @Rogers

JodiBaldwin (@JodiBaldwin) reported@Rat11j @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile When an offer like this comes up, if you call the company - as an individual - and ask what they’ll do to keep you from leaving, you can usually get the same (or better) deal. I know it sucks. I know you shouldn’t have to. But it saves them money by not offering it to everyone.

IELtick 🇨🇦 | 🤍💙🤍 (@ILtick) reported@Fidomobile Your name should be Fraudo not Fido. My biggest mistake was to purchase a phone on your website. It has been almost a month since I returned it, but the phone is still in my account and you are charging me for it. Your customer support is useless.

Nelapati Sivakoteswara rao (@rao_nelapati) reported@Fidomobile 1/3 Hi everyone, I am a student who lives on a tight budget and I took Fido service soon after landing in canada with my friends suggestion and I used to have a add on of 1000 international minutes for 3 dollars. One day fido offered me IPhone and I took it.

Tamara (@tea4tamara) reported@Fidomobile: look at these GREAT plans we offer! Also Fido: oh wait - you're already a customer? No, you can pay what you pay or you can pay more, those are your only two options. Also Fido: (but we're SUUUPER sorry about that blackout thing. Have five days free.)
-
Missconduct (@TheLTexpress) reported@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile RIDICULOUS. And now you don't even have a customer support line, you just **** off customers onto your useless AskJack bot and when you ask for live support there are cues of over 50 people waiting. I hope Rogers goes under for good! GROSS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
-
7ChechThisOut (@7checkthisout) reported@Fidomobile where's the reimbursement for your terrible service this month?
-
jaskanwar (@Jaskanwar_Kaur) reported@Fidomobile asked customer specialist about credit for outage and representative told me that i will not be compensated as im leaving the service. Nelapati Sivakoteswara rao (@rao_nelapati) reported@Fidomobile 3/3 I apologized for my mistake and asked them to help with reducing the amount such that I can pay in instalments . But from 3 days no help from Fido. I spoke to credit team they said you have to pay within 30 days or else we will impose late charges.
