    Truly amazing! Got a new iPhone. @Fidomobile (Canada) doesn't support eSIM transfer. I have to walk over to the Fido Store and pick up a new QR code... and I'll be charged $10+tax for a piece of paper that has a QR code printed on it to activate an eSIM...

  • kseichter Kyle (@kseichter) reported

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Your customer service is pretty useless. On a chat because my phone stopped working, your terrible rep asked my issue and I told her, she then replied 5 mins later saying "Thanks for confirming" and then proceeded to not say anything for 10 more mins.

  • DrDDOM DMartin (@DrDDOM) reported

    Is @Rogers or @Fidomobile down or is that just our internet?

  • theregoesCarly Carly 🐈 (@theregoesCarly) reported

    @RJO1111 @Fidomobile @bell charges $12 a day as well. It’s terrible.

  • arijit_baidya Arijit Baidya (@arijit_baidya) reported

    @Fidomobile why your customer service is so poor? Most reps are ill equipped to handle any grievance.

  • alirtariq Ali R. Tariq 🍁 (@alirtariq) reported

    @Fidomobile your support call-back feature is so frustrating! I need to go thru submenus on a phone, be sent an SMS which sends me to a site where I have to figure out how to schedule a call, and then wait. Or queue with 40+ ppl on live chat bcuz nobody wants to use call-back!

  • jayshah3828 JAY SHAH (@jayshah3828) reported

    The lady on phone was so rude, she didn't even responded properly. @Fidomobile And she asked me to visit store for this. I visited the store for 2nd time and over there she told me that they can not update birth year, it should be done over the phone.

  • sujewe Samuel J Ujewe, PhD. (@sujewe) reported

    So after receiving a very outrageous bill from my mobile provider @Fidomobile I tried to contact @FidoSolutions to resolve the issue. Apparently, they put a bot on the customer service calls called “Ask Jack” that kept sending me sms with a chat link and then end my calls

  • NahNahNahtahlee nah nah natalie 🦇 (@NahNahNahtahlee) reported

    I'm so tired of @Fidomobile sending me these "Hey you forgot to pay" messages that I may as well cancel my phone. The only calls are scammers and I have no food in my house. I'm not paying my phone bill soon. 😮‍💨

  • RJO1111 Rico Lexy 🇺🇦 (@RJO1111) reported

    how does @Fidomobile justify a $12 a day US roaming fee in 2022, when international roaming rates have never been lower? Robbery.
