Tl;DR I used to be a @Fidomobile postpaid customer and now a prepaid customer to maintain my Canadian phone #. I am currently in the Netherlands and unable to call your prepaid 1-888 phone number from here.
@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions My new internet connction is not wrking for past 3 days. Tried to contact customer suport 3 times but been on hold for more than 1 hour each time. Tried live chat they disconnected it. Str people say they can book a technician appointment. Help please
@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions They said the one that helped me wrote it in note but never actually went through with the transaction
Much to my horror, even though I called and asked @Fidomobile specifically for a US calling plan, they are now deciding to stick me with this $600 bill, as a welcome gift for choosing their services with this phone. I wish I had never chosen them as a provider.
@Fidomobile hey you make it hard to cancel my data add on. If I want to do a one time data add-on, you make it recurring and I have to call to cancel but you don't take these calls anymore. If I can't find an easier way to cancel, I will just switch carriers.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile just wondering if you intentionally ignore the law or if your systems are just that broken?
@Fidomobile I have been on hold for a total of 5 hours and counting now (in the middle of a working day!) Multiple attempts with the chat service for a VERY simple request. I need you to call me back at the absolute earliest.
The @Fidomobile representative was able to help me but when I asked her what would be done about the mishap beforehand, I was just told that things would be tallied at the end of the billing cycle.
