@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I have made three call back appointments through AskJack. I have never heard back. Each time I received a voice mail indicating that @Fidomobile tried to contact me. But there have been no missed calls. What's up? This is bad customer service!

@Fidomobile @CRTC @Rogers WARNING about Fido Roam, I got charged $15/day on a recent trip, even with foreign SIM card. Just turning off airplane mode when landed will charge a roaming fee. Shame on you, and your sneaky shady $ grabbing practices. Def changing service! #dishonest

@Fidomobile made it so difficult to get an agent over the phone. The callback service is so bad. Today one agent called me and told me they need to transfer me to a different department and then hung up! #fido #terribleCS

how does @Fidomobile justify a $12 a day US roaming fee in 2022, when international roaming rates have never been lower? Robbery.

@Fidomobile your support call-back feature is so frustrating! I need to go thru submenus on a phone, be sent an SMS which sends me to a site where I have to figure out how to schedule a call, and then wait. Or queue with 40+ ppl on live chat bcuz nobody wants to use call-back!

@Fidomobile I’m very unhappy with the technical support you provided from PEI (between 7:00-7:30pm) because there is nothing professional about them hanging up. #Rude

Truly amazing! Got a new iPhone. @Fidomobile (Canada) doesn't support eSIM transfer. I have to walk over to the Fido Store and pick up a new QR code... and I'll be charged $10+tax for a piece of paper that has a QR code printed on it to activate an eSIM...
