  @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile is there a known issue with landline CTNs calling Rogers and Fido wireless CTNs? I'm on Fido and can't call from ANY landline to my wireless CTN. Have no issues calling from a wireless CTN to my CTN.

  @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

Got a called yesterday from Fido to make a complain and the next mail I got was my account has been changed to a mobile plan of $45 monthly This is really wrong and I didn’t request for such. *** Fido should contact me immediately to correct

  @Fidomobile @Rogers I AM HAVING TROUBKE REGARDING BILLING ISSUES WITH FIDO AND SINCE IT HAS BEEN TAKEN BY ROGERS AS A CUSTOMER I HAVE SUFFERED A LOT WOUOD REWYEST EVERYONE NOT TO TAKE FIDO. IT HAS ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EVER EXIST THEY CANT EVEN FIND U IN SYSTEM
