    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile had Avery bad experience with Fido billing error and no response from the credit department either. Issue still not resolved . Hope someone can guide to contact higher authorities.

    @Fidomobile I am having issues my Fido account. New to Fido spoke with customer service reference I1658226440 Jass kaur . My email is linked to two phone numbers one is mine other is not. Customer service doesn’t know how to fix don’t know who do I reach ?

    Very annoyed that @Fidomobile sent me a phone without buds or wall charger and blamed the manufacturer policy and then refused to give me any credit for not informing me. This once loyal customer will be switching at the first opportunity. #fidosucks

    @Fidomobile has literally caused me so much headache. It’s been one week since I called to get home internet. One broken modem, countless calls to customer service, and waiting for tech to show up at home who never showed up(!!!) later and I still have no internet. 😑😖😖😖

    @Fidomobile I’m very disappointed with the service. I have 1000 international mins and I’m charged for international mins for my may bill. Please look into this and kindly reverse me for the same.

    @Fidomobile Stop fooling customers. Customer service agent asked me that set up service fee will be waived in next bill. But when I called back after next bill then got to know nothing is there in note and nothing can be done. Interaction# I1642519645.
