    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @FidoSolutions I got Fido home broadband internet starting August. I was promised a 50$ gift card within 45 days. Its been 90 days now and yet to get it. Am disappointed with Fido Acc no - 226887487 Complaint no - 250498

    Hey @Fidomobile you have made a hard check that affected my credit score, without my approval, and your support has been pushing me from one person to the next, simply saying there's nothing they can do about it. They are saying I can't even make a formal complaint !

    @mlmartens @Fidomobile I got these calls too. 604 # and different carrier. The best one is the Service Canada or CRA intimidation call. How have these spammers not been stopped by now? Seems like it’s been going for years.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Sad to be leaving Fido after so many years but now going to Public. I'm happy with Fido but Public has cost-effective packages and paying an extra $5/month makes a difference to customers especially now. Passing this along to help Fido improve - thanks

    Since @FreedomMobile offers for a long time customer are garbage, I am looking @Fidomobile $39 deal for freedom customers. What phones are included in this sign up offer? Also how much is it to add USA data when needed?

    Hey @Fidomobile when we said we were switching to Shaw Mobile at $45 per month, you said bye. Now you are emailing us to switch back for $39 per month? I guess so many have left that you have reconsidered. Too bad for you and us.

    @Fidomobile is actually trash. Wait time is 15 minutes. Actually wait 30 minutes. Get an agent. Get transferred because there system is down. Wait another 30 minutes. Get an agent and they CUT the line. Great. @FidoSolutions do I need to publicly drag you to get help?
