    @Fidomobile Dear team, I am out of Canada and the mobile services automatically started roaming. I am not using my mobile roam and so please don't activate roaming on my number. I tried finding your support but "Ask Jack" doesn't seem to help as expected.

    @Fidomobile Shame it’s the Rogers bait n switch. Ooh here’s a credit for a little while….ooh now we take it away and charge you more…. Ooh, you still want it cheap, tough, now call our customer service and waste more hours of your life on hold. Whatever happened to honest up front pricing.

    @Fidomobile Been a customer for a long time, me and my wife, plans coming to an end soon. Who do I email about a couple new phones and plans, since I have been a customer for a long time I expect a special deal, not the advertised ones.

    @TELUSsupport What the heck is going on here guys?? I've spent the last hour and a half working on an issue and then transfer me to nowhere??? This is ridiculous. I'm terminating service and calling @Fidomobile right now. #anticustomerservice
