    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Struggling to get a refund from Fido since Nov-2021. Wasted lot of hours in coordinating with the inefficient customer support team. Case# C174405287 Regret porting to Fido from Rogers.

    @Fidomobile , you have charged me with the charges for the services which I haven't used. It shows that I have called to usa for 16 minutes and charges are applied ...I never called to usa, and I won't hesitate close account and even would not recommend to any one

    @Fidomobile I need to split up an account. I've tried to call 3x now but you never seem to be open when I'm not working. The message telling me you're closed does not include opening hours or timezone. I don't think I can do what I need to online. Can you help?

    Update (+2 hours): The only solution offered so far is that I should clear my cache. I've switched computers, tried different browsers, you name it. Is this really how you treat your customers, @Fidomobile?
