    @Fidomobile arranged a callback with your retention department for 10:30am today. No one called. And then you wonder why I am considering cancelling my service?

    Oh well, spoke to soon @Fidomobile , still no solution to porting my number, so well over 24hrs without access to my phone number and texts, and not able to reach anyone!!! Beyond frustrated at this point!!!

    @Fidomobile customer service has become trash. Website says you can order online to save activation fee then stores refuse to accept the order and tell you you have to come in to store. Horrible customer service experience.

    @Fidomobile Beyond frustrated trying to connect with a customer service rep. The automated service is designed to not have the customer be able to speak to a human.

    @Fidomobile Your automated system is NOT working when it calls customers for a scheduled call!!!!!!!!

    @Fidomobile That's not correct..we should talk directly to customer service any time ..if I pay my bill two days later are you guys won't charge me the interest? Then why do I have to wait for two days to talk with customer service

    @Fidomobile so if a client calls Cust service& is told he can’t be helped after being charged for roaming incorrectly. I reach out on X because he has no social media, and am told he can be helped if he posts on social media?! Seriously?

    @Fidomobile What do I need to do to receive a call or cancel my service? I have already called customer service and scheduled a callback twice, but nothing has worked. I no longer want to keep waiting, I just want this issue resolved.
