    in a wild turn of events i just received excellent customer service from a fido rep named daniel on live chat @Fidomobile i really appreciate his patience and sleauthing and problem solving! its not just becaus i got the solution i needed but because he took time to understand :)

  • CevaSophia Sophia Ceva (@CevaSophia) reported

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I got my issue sorted within mins by pretending I'm a new customer &calling, all while the inept Chat Rep had me on hold as she "read notes on my file". Anyone reading this call Fido pretending you are new do not give in to their new system #FidoSucks

    Vancouver Island is trending! Maybe @Fidomobile will learn of its existence and actually come and fix their network here

  • Aquairena Irena Li (@Aquairena) reported

    @Fidomobile Your call center manager screwed my day. I have never seen my husbands talking to anyone with his hands shaking due to all the anger from one simple billing issue. We still have got your flyer that offers us a $35 plan and the small words say “$20/mo bill credit”

  • seonhosii1972 Seonhosii1972 (@seonhosii1972) reported

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Hi, I was told that Pinal at credit operations would call me back within 48 hours to help me resolve my issue. That was on Jan 30, I’m still waiting for the call back, this was an appointment made by one of your agents.

  • tanu_arushi Arushi (@tanu_arushi) reported

    @Fidomobile without my acknowledgement, add-ons were cut by suggesting a new plan. Customer executive didn't tell the change on a call. What I got was a mail which was in my junk folder that I got to know after 45 days. I charged 281$ for long-distance. Unprofessional behavior

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile If you can’t understand how to provide the good service to customer, how do you guys control service interruption. I don’t understand what’s the meaning of temporary suspension when you receive a bill to pay. Highly dissatisfaction, not recommended to others.

  • Puchita97 Alexandra (@Puchita97) reported

    @Fidomobile your agent has me on a 30 minute hold. Can I get some help please?

  • CevaSophia Sophia Ceva (@CevaSophia) reported

    @Fidomobile it's ridiculous that when I call Fido pretending I'm a new customer my call is processed within seconds but when I say I am existing customer I have to book an appointment days ahead to speak to someone. #FidoSucks

    @Fidomobile fix your damn network
