    Hello @Fidomobile why are there extra charges on my monthly bill when you said you would give back extra for the massive outage you had a couple of weeks back? You added more instead!

    @Fidomobile Made a wrong reporting to @TransUnion regarding some late payment that wasn't associated with my account. Coz of this, my credit is getting bad. Fido noted my complaint on 12 April and asked me to wait for 3 weeks. I called Fido today.. was told nothing has been done.
