    If Rogers is crediting five days worth of service, what can we expect from @Fidomobile? They are responsible for my service and I didn't have any

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions We had issues with Fido, we had no internet services and anything for 2 days, I need something from you that can compensate. It was too difficult, was not able to contact anyone and my family.

    @Fidomobile When you call Fido 611 and request a person call you back… they set the time up however they never call you, instead they do leave voicemails saying that you were unreachable. Very frustrating and very poor customer service

    @Fidomobile Your customer service people on chat are so nice. They would close the chat after you are able to contact them after a long wait. To hell with client, that is the motto. Priyanka from PEI did this today.
