We repeatedly requested to cancel our mobile plan as we are no longer living in Canada, yet we keep getting charged. Emails have gone unanswered, and this ongoing lack of support is totally unacceptable.

I’m owed $88 dollars still & virtual assistant is total bullshit. Once my term is done 100% quitting for competitor.
