    @Fidomobile you should stop using @PurolatorInc as your delivery partner for phones,they never deliver at home for in hand deliveries and ask you to collect from their warehouse. They lie about delivery, Customer service of Purolator is worst. #purolator_is_worst @canadapostcorp

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions You need to be bit considerate on student's situation. Since, we are not capable of paying so heavy cost 😔 . Thanks for so disappointing experience. I will be exiting this service immediately after the end bill.

    @_craigmcfarlane My other customer service nightmare was with Bell. Years of problems that ended with Bell telling me they’d send me a cheque that never came. Switched to @Fidomobile and have had flawless customer service going on a decade. You’d think these companies are all the same but no.

    @Fidomobile I need help removing the Fido connection. From day 1 I have been cheated. A girl who was selling a sim at the airport was assigned to a higher cost plan of $53 though I told her I need $45. It's not fair for students to pay a $101 phone bill for a month .

    @Fidomobile It would be great if fido can support us after OCT 17th as well. But again, thank you for the free service until OCT 17th, and I do appreciate it. As you know, there is no internet in Iran, and they filter everything, which VPN won't work in Iran. Thank you.

    @Fidomobile Hi Fido, after calling a number in Iran, I received a text from fido that "Your account is nearing its credit limit"! If it is free, why are you sending this text to your customer?!

    I’ve set up 2 callbacks with Fido Mobile- and ZERO callbacks have come! I’m organizing my work day and waiting on a call that never arrives… anyone else have this issue? @Fidomobile @CTVVancouver @GlobalBC
