Next Gen LLM Healing (@HumansAndDroids) reportedhey @Fidomobile if this is your real handle please reply. your AI support is frustrating, it keeps suggesting me to go to website and never connects me to a human.. on the website i don't see any option to cancel one of my lines

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile I originally signed up because of their $27 plan for 80gb Can/US/Mex, overall a great deal. Thing is, the service is really bad in my area. I can currently get around 500mbps down with Bell where I live, and with Fido I consistently get 2-3, maybe up to around 20mbps. (2/21)

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.

Chelle (@traaashpanda) reportedIt’s wild to me that @Fidomobile, which is essentially @Rogers doesn’t have customer service on a Sunday? They’ll let you sign up for their services but if something goes wrong … get ****** :) No ported phone number means no calls. No text. No 2FA.

Kevin ⚜️ Dorfer (@kevindorfer) reportedHey @Fidomobile, just landed back in Canada after a month in France and... guess who's pissed? I have this line with Fido, calls and texts only, since my data come from my other sim, French plan. No worries, I'd think. Wrong. They slapped me with $108 more—turned out, every time someone rang my Canadian number and it went straight to voicemail, boom, $18. Six times. Even though I never answered... anyhow, it's insane and next level greedy! My previous line was with @Bell and they never did this crap.

Pete (@floofydoofbkup) reported@Fidomobile its impossible to get thru to an actual person in customer service and i am heavily considering leaving my contract early because of this
-
Deep (@djdeeep) reported@Fidomobile has the worst access to customer service and technical support I've had in my life. I think I made a huge mistake signing up with them! #mobilefail

Prashanth Bajjuri (@PrashanthB20499) reported@Fidomobile Filing CCTS complaint. Mar 22: Promised $27/80GB. Agent ran credit check + wrong area code. Mar 24: 5hrs on calls, tech says porting impossible unless I pay $70. Cancelled, but billed $116 today (Mar 26) for UNUSED service. Void this now. #CCTS #Fido #Telecom

💱😎YYZ.STUNNA😎💱 (@Afropolitan_25) reportedWhoever's idea it was to get rid of customer service and have chatbots pretend to attend to customer needs is an idiot of the highest order. Seriously! How can you need someone for help but get no one except to schedule a stupid call back which you barely receive. @Fidomobile

SM (@Sabisweet_s) reported@Fidomobile honestly so disappointed. Been a loyal customer for YEARS and there’s zero appreciation for long-time customers. No help, no solutions. Loyalty clearly means nothing.
