@FidoSolutions The problem is that @Fidomobile thinks they can pick when & how a customer communicated with them but it is up to the customer. Expecting us to make an appointment to reach someone by phone is disgusting. Moving to Telus!

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I’ve never been this frustrated and disappointed with your service before. Your employees gave me incorrect information, promised to have the issues FROM YOUR END resolved within 48 hours and then take more an 1 week for a simple internet installation?

@Fidomobile Your call center manager screwed my day. I have never seen my husbands talking to anyone with his hands shaking due to all the anger from one simple billing issue. We still have got your flyer that offers us a $35 plan and the small words say “$20/mo bill credit”

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Hi, I was told that Pinal at credit operations would call me back within 48 hours to help me resolve my issue. That was on Jan 30, I’m still waiting for the call back, this was an appointment made by one of your agents.
