    The retention person I just spoke to @Bell just said she knows they’re expensive, but I’m paying for the customer service experience just before she said “guess I can’t help you and we’re done here?”... great service. Off to @Fidomobile I go!

    @Fidomobile Hey, why did I get billed for a full month. Your service was out for almost a full 24 hours and you couldn't be bothered to provide an update in that time. Really uncool.

    @StarlinkPage having an issue with my mobile provider @Fidomobile charging me long distance calls in a zone where there is NO CELL SIGNAL and they're using my starlink WIFI connection to charge me :) They claim since my SIM card is still used, they can bill me. Correct?

    @Fidomobile Hello. There was a cancel request that was made on a prepaid number. But customer is still getting roaming activation messages after leaving the country. Please check with regards to this.

    @9209Vj @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile You realize wifi is the low range high speed network that comes from the little box in your house. Fido has zero control over that. Either you mean LTE 4G 5G, or you can call it mobile internet or maybe you mean the internet connection at home but none of those things are wifi.
