@Fidomobile I pay around $500.00 monthly for my phone and iPads and today is the third day that my hold time to speak to a customer service representative is over an hour. If you don’t have the capacity why do you take reservation for new iPhones?

Do not use @Fidomobile I pay out the *** for barely any GB and now that I've fallen on hard times due to covid they won't help me at all.

@Fidomobile 3- So after few busy days tonight around 23:45 I connect to live chat with Fido support about it and explain that I got an internet in new address but I'm not sure it is mine or not. After a minute I lost my connection!!!!
