@Fidomobile Terrible customer service and you just lot one of your customers. Your field agents promise unlimited international calling and then this offer expires and you put all the charges on the customer.

@Fidomobile day two and my phone has no data, it came on for an hour last night and now it’s gone again. What the hell and your saying it’s not a problem on your side. Well it’s not my phone as I put the sim card in my wife’s phone and it didn’t work either. It’s your service fix

@Fidomobile @Fidomobile FidoRoam got activated without any consent. Received email and SMS for the same and there is no guidelines attached to that to CANCEL it. On Live chat Queue position is more than 50 which would take more than 30 minutes or to chat. Please take care of customers.
