@Fidomobile Valerie you know you are the 15th person to whom i am explaining the same thing 🙁. Everytime new person bumps in and say good things but no resolution 😠

  • dapoluwaseyi Yitzhak (@dapoluwaseyi) reported

    I didn't receive any compensation from @Rogers @chatrmobile @Fidomobile for the outage.

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@HocKeysidhu @Fidomobile That 2-3 billing cycles is only after the verified the referral. Are you aware there are stipulations with the program? For example, if the referer had not been a customer for 30 days, they wouldn't be eligible to refer.

  • HocKeysidhu 🏑 (@HocKeysidhu) reported

Furthermore, if the customer returns back to Fido, they will charge the same connection fee they already charged. Why does a customer have to pay connection fees multiple times for the same operator? Why @Fidomobile is not doing a fare #telecom business ?? #rogersoutage

  • CharlesAAustin Drew Austin (@CharlesAAustin) reported

@FidoSolutions any word on when the @Fidomobile home internet outage affecting Woodstock / N4S might be resolved?

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@HocKeysidhu @Fidomobile That reply was in response to your post about *returning to Fido. BTW, Bell also has a 'Resume a cancelled service' fee (see link in other reply)

  • craselrau sergio jimenez (@craselrau) reported

After missing the service with @Fidomobile with all the @rogers outage, and after having to buy additional data to cover the lousy internet service of Rogers, now fido is billing me three days of roaming without any use of my part.. You guys are terrible

  • VipinPharkya Vipin Pharkya (@VipinPharkya) reported

Been trying to contact @Fidomobile support team for the past 2 weeks. Getting H+ and 3G data instead of 4G. Anyone know how can I change carriers?

  • HocKeysidhu 🏑 (@HocKeysidhu) reported

@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile We both remained fido customer more than 90 days

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@HocKeysidhu @Fidomobile They don't always waive the charges if assisted by customer service. Sometimes they have promotions to waive them. Those promotions might only be store specific as well. If that store didn't enter the proper code to waive the fee, you might need to return to that store.
