Fido did not honor/cancelled my brother's BlackFriday phone deal which he placed for pickup. Simply ruined, way to go. No notice given. Went to there customer Live chat, and they are offering at higher prices the same phone and plan. @Fidomobile @JaiswalRavinshu

Why am I not able to connect with your customer service representative, @Fidomobile? Every time it says that we are unavailable!!!!
