Sometimes when the home internet is slow = Activate @Fidomobile 5 free hours of unlimited data! Get all my downloads/ updates done within the free hour. Amazing! 🥳🔥

@Fidomobile What support, I've been transferred, put on hold and had to reenter my info and keep pushing the same stupid numbers 5 times to be put on hold and hung up by the same Indi person twice. You guys sold out, your service as become worst than Bell.

@Fidomobile Again Fido not honoring its commitment. Despite committing to deliver a iPhone on March 6th they have mismanaged the delivery by writing incorrect customer name. Now telling me that phone and plan aren’t available. Worst experience of my life.

Clever tactic taking multiple support calls to a single agent @Fidomobile. Probably lowers your 'wait time' metrics. Start adding in the time on hold while the agent helps everyone else at the same time.

@Fidomobile @The519 (2) Called the techincal service and the operator in service was just rude and indifferent. Said he can't do anything and transfered me again to customer again, and guess what? I waited for ONE HOUR AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE!!! Will NEVER USE FIDO AGAIN
