    No @Fidomobile i DO NOT want to talk via text, i want to speak directly to someone. Quit hanging up. Finally after many tries I get the same rude customer service who refuses to help & i ask to speak to manager & deliberately put me on hold for 35 mins so i hung up #FidoSolutions

    @MrtKaram @Fidomobile I can’t even speak to them on the phone to upgrade my plan. They don’t even have sales service. Why would they have customer service anymore?

    . @Fidomobile isn’t capable of simply holding up their end of our contract so we are done with them. I will update you when we get new plans but as for now… go burn down Fido, your carbon footprint in this world isn’t worth the “services” you offer.

    @Fidomobile I have been emailing "refer a friend" team for sorting my billing issue since last 3 weeks but not response / resolution. Can you pls help? My bill date has already passed. I have called customer care also 3 times but no resolution.

    @Fidomobile well its a worst service , they charged me so much big amount about long distance charged which i was told i have 1000 minutes and now saying u dont have it.

    Ready to leave @Fidomobile and it's only been 3 months. Everything about account mgmt is a nightmare, especially the app redesign because I can't even log in anymore. Canada's Telco companies are the absolute worst

    @MrtKaram @Fidomobile Go with Telus they are offering free US calling, and good customer service my mom just switched when my contract is done I’m switching too
