@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I accepted an offer from Fido Win back but didn’t get a confirmation email. After a couple of days, I called Fido customer service and they had no record of the order and “no notes” were left on my account. I’m confused. Did Fido rescind the offer?

@Fidomobile Fido system always had some problems, yesterday I ordered phone online and want to pick up in Fido store, but today I talked with fido online agent but they said I can't pick up it store. Fido system is bad and terrible.

@Fidomobile where is your fraud team? I have been locked out of my account for days now after removing a fraudulent line that was activated. Straight to voicemail for both numbers provided by CS. Left messages, no response. What kind of service is this?!
