Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.

I have this line with Fido, calls and texts only, since my data come from my other sim, French plan. No worries, I'd think. Wrong. They slapped me with $108 more—turned out, every time someone rang my Canadian number and it went straight to voicemail, boom, $18. Six times. Even though I never answered... anyhow, it's insane and next level greedy! My previous line was with @Bell and they never did this crap.

Now I have to wait until tomorrow to schedule another call back. This isn’t available online, please can someone just help today?
