    @Fidomobile 4- After few minutes again I tried to chat with tech support. But as soon as chat window open I got a message that agent closed the chat!!!! Finally at 23:59 I connect to another agent and explain the issue. (Conversation picture attached)

    @Fidomobile tried DM, but you need to understand this is a tech issue. for 3 days continued Ask Jack, Live chat, twitter have been used - with no luck
