All the folks @Fidomobile customer service have been amazing to talk to, super friendly and helpful. But holy hell, when you leave a mobile company and then come back to that company it causes some weird problems.
@Fidomobile I am having a horrible experience ordering a plan with phone from fido. I have been your customer for more than 4 years and this is not the service I deserve.
@Fidomobile is literally the most disrespectful phone company. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes, they had the nerve to hang up the phone call on me after saying hi.
To my surprise, the account was cancelled instead of moving it even after sending me the new service agreement. Standing ovation to such service @Fidomobile
@Fidomobile i had made a simple request of moving my internet from one address to another and its been 4 days and i am still without internet even after getting the confirmation. 10hrs on the call in total with your customer support, tech support, supervisors and yet no progress

Why has @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions network been so slow the last few days? My data has been so slow and doesn’t even connect.
@PatWhite1984 @Fidomobile I've switched my phone to use GSM only and it seems to work, but it's slow. Hope they resolve this soon.
