Cody Doucet (@Doucet3) reported@Fidomobile I’ve tried it 5 times every time it asks if I would like to schedule a callback I say yes, then the very next response is “I’m unable to help you call back again later” in a quiet room so there’s no margin or error thinking the system heard something.

Gene Sullivan (@BCOKViews) reported@OmaruSensei @FidoSolutions Let me know if you tried getting a new Sim card from @Fidomobile. I'm in the same boat trying to find a solution before jumping carriers.

Dilip Jadeja (@dilipjadeja25) reported@Fidomobile Callback system is pathetic. I scheduled the call back today. You know what happened? Fido canceled my service, without notice nothing. And guess what? I was not able to receive any call! Do me a favour, set a call back today, will you?

Prateek Garg (@Prateek_Garg95) reported@Fidomobile You added an $84 charge for my 3G to 5G migration—even though I upgraded to an iPhone 14 from Fido and was told there’d be no charge. I’ve called multiple times, was told it’s removed, but it’s STILL showing in the app. Please fix this ASAP. Extremely fed up. #worst
