150$ isn’t gonna make me poor or rich I will pay this but consider me gone and will be letting everyone in my family and friends know to find better company. @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @fido

  • Asifa604 Asifa Lalji ❤️🇨🇦 (@Asifa604) reported

@Fidomobile are you having technical issues again? Haven't been able to send texts for the last few hours. #notagain #rogers #rogersoutage

  • TDTherrien Theresa Therrien (@TDTherrien) reported

Has anyone made a complaint to the CRTC? We have been trying to straighten out a problem with @Fidomobile for over six months and they just rebilled again us for a down payment they weren’t owed and had finally refunded two months ago. We want to know what to expect from the CRTC

@Fidomobile @CRTCeng we need better options. Our hands are tied. And I find the quality of customer service has gone down as well. Part of why I loved Fido was the customer service. @FreedomMobile I'm looking for options!

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Why the hell am i charged the activation fee. My friend who had bought fido sim on the same day had got waiver on the activation fee but i haven't got one. Such a bad service.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I recently upgraded my device and paid a down payment towards it which shows on my account and on my credit card. Just got my new agreement via email and the down payment is not reflected at all.

  • MeherzanP999 Meherzan Pardiwalla (@MeherzanP999) reported

Saw my bill today and realised how they charge extra for mobile plans. Extremely Unprofessional Staff and False Promises by @Fidomobile. Stealing people’s money by issuing fraudulent offers to customers. Worst customer service reps!! People be aware of such activities.

  • ashleighaddison Ashleigh Addison (@ashleighaddison) reported

@Fidomobile you literally left people without the ability to call for help two months ago. Not to mention the many blackouts that impacted presentations I had and even a big a test.

  • pchuang1979 Paul Chuang (@pchuang1979) reported

@Fidomobile , please tell your call centre agents to not lie to your customers. If you are not willing/can't provide credit to a customer, do not tell the customer that you have given them the credit just to get them off the phone.

  • BarrhavenGuy Barrhaven Guy (@BarrhavenGuy) reported

@CBCOttawa If @RogersHelps or @Fidomobile dare ask me for my ID, which is not a legally enforced requirement, they had better be ready to come outside and cancel my account on the spot. They have no power to ask to see any of my ID unless I'm signing up for something.
