  • 2076ckm10 Bear Dog (@2076ckm10) reported

@Fidomobile 2 weeks we have been trying. 2 weeks. Storms are not allowed to cancel.

  • sanjit888 Sanjit Singh (@sanjit888) reported

@Fidomobile : I am tired holding the line for more than an hour. Please cancel my phone line shared in DMs with immediate effect. I am not in the country anymore and don’t need this number.

  • iamkmpk وحشی (@iamkmpk) reported

Moved from @Fidomobile to other carrier and was lured back by the customer retention just to be disgusted again by the “customer assistance” when activating the sim. Why run a company if you don’t have the funds to assist customers?

  • mrxisonx Mr. X (@mrxisonx) reported

@Fidomobile Under my dads name and he was sick in hospital. Only communication was his email. You are disingenuous as you should have turned service off instead of trapping people into this transition fee basically you schemey slimey Big Company behavior.

  • FranciscaVerg16 Francisca Vergara (@FranciscaVerg16) reported

@Fidomobile You never said there was an extra charge, and this isn't my fault. You're the ones to blame. I'm very upset. If you don't resolve this now, I'll have to cancel my plan.

  • mrxisonx Mr. X (@mrxisonx) reported

@Fidomobile Considering we got our warning of this a month ago or so. I call BS on your 6 months buffer. And tacking on a 80+ fee is not customer care. It's greed. Maybe Rogers/Fido should focus less on virtue signalling and do less scummy fee's.

  • theonlyhumphrey ʜ ᴜ ᴍ ᴘ ʜ ʀ ᴇ ʏ (@theonlyhumphrey) reported

@Fidomobile Thank me for what? Giving me useless service to pay for? I'm without data because of you

  • saurabhmkj Saurabh Mukherjee (@saurabhmkj) reported

@Fidomobile since you said you are real person, call back options are not for same day, it’s for after 2 days. that itself sucks. that’s the lowest level any company can go in terms of customer support. what happens if the call is missed for any reason, wait another 2 days & this goes on?

  • act4sp Act IV (@act4sp) reported

@Fidomobile why do you force people to switch to 5G for home phone service ‘at no additional cost’, then proceed to charge $85 for the change and hang up automatically when customers call support due to ‘high call volumes’?

  • theonlyhumphrey ʜ ᴜ ᴍ ᴘ ʜ ʀ ᴇ ʏ (@theonlyhumphrey) reported

@Fidomobile in what world do you have to wait the next day for customer service support?????? Wth am I paying for?
