    @Fidomobile i have an account for one day.The Mexican farmers worker who your clerk that day said there is no connection fee ,but the bill will show $50 then -$50 ...next that got the bill ..there is no -$50...So i call your head office ,& file complaint with @CCTS_CPRST 1/3

    @Fidomobile im speaking to Rudraksh on chat and I haven’t received a response in over 10 minutes. Is this normal? As a customer I would like to be assisted asap.

    @CircularLogic89 @hopeucanhearme @Fidomobile While we do have many Canadian users currently, we've seen some inconsistency between users on the same carrier/region recently which has led us to temporarily curtailing shipments until we can get more guaranteed support from carriers that can promise full compatibility.

    Hey @Fidomobile Called many times for the voicemail not working on my mobile. You have a ticket which is not resolved after nearly 3 weeks, and did not call for an update. Worst customer service.

    @Fidomobile the company is fraud... Please never purchase their service... I am an international student landed a month ago, these the sales man has misguided me and eventually they are charging 633 dollars as a phone call bills!!! Pathetic
