@Fidomobile very poor service by Fido. Still haven't received my refund 295$ , waiting from last 3 months. Pathetic service.

  • mdshroff18 Mihir (@mdshroff18) reported

Stop buying/using @Fidomobile as they send you your entire month’s postpaid bill in just 3 days of activation and when you try to contact them on their customer care account, nobody gives you any answer @FidoSolutions #ShameOnYou #Cheaters

  • britcan71 SAM (BritIndCan71) (@britcan71) reported

Canadian Twitter peeps, can you recommend me cell plan carriers besides #Fido @Fidomobile Looks like after a loyal 18 years I’m no longer a valued customer according to two of your customer reps..

  • akshatmarya akshat marya (@akshatmarya) reported

@Fidomobile Got a hard credit check because I wanted wifi. The support then tells me that Fido can’t service that location. Now my credit score got a hit and it’s Fido’s fault. Why would you credit check if you can’t service the location? Take your credit check back.

@Fidomobile just charged me 12$ for coming too close to the US border #fail anyone can do better than 4GB at 46$/mth and ridiculous roaming fees? @fizz_ca do you have a phone yet?

Worst customer service I experienced in the last 2 months. I returned the device which I got wrong, even though I waited a lot for a new device after that, I returned the device and it's been a week and still, I didn't get my refund.@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile

3 days without Fido internet in the mornings, what is going on??? No messages, no answers, simply an "outage" that is now looking like it has been planned, How about a warning to your customers??? @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

  • JohnTho47285668 John Thomas (@JohnTho47285668) reported

@britcan71 @Fidomobile I rarely talk on the phone. I have a pay as you go plan with 7-11. Super cheap options. Only 20 bucks a month. No data. Text (unlimited) and voice only. I'm never going to sign a contract with anybody.

  • KaeliTheKool KaeliTheKool (@KaeliTheKool) reported

Every time I reach out to @Fidomobile support, I get pressured to cancel my order. I’ve opened files, complained, spoken to customer service on line/by phone/in store, and I get told “keep the order as is cancel the order”. We have a contract, how can Fido fail to meet the terms?
