Everyone be aware of roaming charge from @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions requested to block roam service and still got charge for the services I didn’t use. Won’t waive the charge for a 20+years loyal customer. Very disappointed and will cancel my account once my contract is over!

@Fidomobile Your support isn't able to help me. I'm with no internet for more than 48h. After many calls and chat sessions, they confirmed that they can't do anything for an additional week. Big joke !

@Fidomobile after 4 months of fighting with you guys, I gave up because your company was clearly not interested in rectifying this and it’s very obvious this is a tactic your company uses - “let’s make it as hard as possible to fix this because they’ll give up”

@Fidomobile how do I email your company? Your online chat doesn’t work, your app won’t even let me login, and I can’t use chat without logging in. Do you have any actual live agents available ever, or do you only offer inconvenient callbacks? Your online agent is horrible.

@PurolatorHelp @Rogers @Fidomobile Ordered new phone from FIDO somehow they ship device WITHOUT a street NAME? Doesn’t help that the confirmation email doesn’t show the address, just the city so no way of knowing this until you manually track the order on the Purolator website

@vishwak180399 @Fidomobile Sorry, just trying to better understand the situation here. The roaming ability allows you to use the service as if you are at home in Canada for $16 per day, in addition to your monthly cost of your invoice. As an example it would be $16*3 = $48 plus regular monthly cost. -Ravi

@Fidomobile - did you silently removed the customer support with only automated dumb IVR? and if the dumb IVR doesn’t understand your ask, it’s ask’s would you prefer a call back from specialist tomorrow or next day or the day after. What about today, what about now? #Fidosucks
