Truly amazing! Got a new iPhone. @Fidomobile (Canada) doesn't support eSIM transfer. I have to walk over to the Fido Store and pick up a new QR code... and I'll be charged $10+tax for a piece of paper that has a QR code printed on it to activate an eSIM...

  • gmalette Guillaume (@gmalette) reported

I've been trying to become a @Fidomobile customer for the last 4 hours. Having my wisdom teeth removed was less painful AND they were included. @VirginPlus what do you say, do you want my money?

  • sujewe Samuel J Ujewe, PhD. (@sujewe) reported

So after receiving a very outrageous bill from my mobile provider @Fidomobile I tried to contact @FidoSolutions to resolve the issue. Apparently, they put a bot on the customer service calls called “Ask Jack” that kept sending me sms with a chat link and then end my calls

I’m open to negotiation. I don’t deny I used the extra data. But, I do not want to be a client of a company that doesn’t understand the importance of equity and discretion when it comes to customer service. What can you do for me @Fidomobile?

  • spoonfed24 cleo (@spoonfed24) reported

  • jeromelereuf Jérôme Le Roi (@jeromelereuf) reported

@Fidomobile stop sending me bills whereas your customer service already confirmed twice that I do not owe you anything!! And don't ask me to chat with you again!! I have other things to do!!

  • WilliamsonTara Aunty Anti (@WilliamsonTara) reported

Also, it’s just poor customer service @Fidomobile - like, do better, right?
