Mobile data access rates via Canadian suppliers is absolutely outrageous. @Fidomobile wanted $15/day for roaming. I have a @GlocalMeMoments device that lets me carry my own wifi network in my purse and 16G of data in Hong Kong cost me about $40 that’s lasted me all month. #wtf

  • KaeliTheKool KaeliTheKool (@KaeliTheKool) reported

Let me tell you of the time in July 2022 when I ordered a phone upgrade through @Fidomobile and I signed a contract agreeing to that price. Then it never shipped because the phone was discontinued. And how I’ve been waiting for 3 months and they won’t offer me a replacement offer

  • akshatmarya akshat marya (@akshatmarya) reported

@Fidomobile Got a hard credit check because I wanted wifi. The support then tells me that Fido can’t service that location. Now my credit score got a hit and it’s Fido’s fault. Why would you credit check if you can’t service the location? Take your credit check back.

@snarkilily @Fidomobile @GlocalMeMoments The amount we pay for cell service is criminal .. definitely circling back! How’s the beagle

@Fidomobile is your internet service down in brampton L6Z 0G9 area?

  • SaReH_Saar سارنگ (@SaReH_Saar) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions my request and asked for 287$ for these three months cause somehow I wanted to break the contract (which I didn't).Such a TERRIBLE experience with the Fido customer service team! I assure you I will definitely change my provider after these three months

  • mdshroff18 Mihir (@mdshroff18) reported

Stop buying/using @Fidomobile as they send you your entire month’s postpaid bill in just 3 days of activation and when you try to contact them on their customer care account, nobody gives you any answer @FidoSolutions #ShameOnYou #Cheaters

  • KaeliTheKool KaeliTheKool (@KaeliTheKool) reported

Every time I reach out to @Fidomobile support, I get pressured to cancel my order. I’ve opened files, complained, spoken to customer service on line/by phone/in store, and I get told “keep the order as is cancel the order”. We have a contract, how can Fido fail to meet the terms?

  • maheshcmu Mahesh CMU (@maheshcmu) reported

@Fidomobile if one exceeds the data limit do you guys send any warning and then alert for adding more data's and then the customer needs to accept the terms and conditions to proceed?Or how it will work?
