Hi @Fidomobile last month only you charged me extra for exceeding few MBs of my data plan. Are you giving any credit for the whole day outage today that severely impacted my scheduled with doctors and my work from home ?

@DanielleAlanah @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile This is probably the dumbest thing I've heard today, people have jobs and businesses that rely on telecommunications to work properly. For those of us that work and PAY for their services this is utter nonsense, I don't give a damn what the cause is it lost me time and money
