Hi @Fidomobile Have a $55 plan with 25gb and a customer for nearly 3 years. I saw that Fido in a mall has a $50 for 20gb plan which they are discounting to $35 for a year for new customers, but apparently only $10 off a $60 plan for existing customers. Loyalty counts for nothing

@Fidomobile Dear Fido, Thank you so much for supporting our community. As the Iranian dictator government continues cutting off the internet,I would like to ask you to extend your support with considering a promotion on international calls at special rates so we can connect to our loved ones

@Fidomobile Hi Fido, What you have done so far to support us was great. Thanks for your help. Unfortunately now the Internet blockade in Iran is worse than ever before, so we cannot get in touch with our family at all. I appreciate if you extend your support for Iranian Canadians.

Mobile data access rates via Canadian suppliers is absolutely outrageous. @Fidomobile wanted $15/day for roaming. I have a @GlocalMeMoments device that lets me carry my own wifi network in my purse and 16G of data in Hong Kong cost me about $40 that’s lasted me all month. #wtf

  • viky_tweeting Vishal (@viky_tweeting) reported

@Fidomobile Why is fido keeping customers blind about their phone delivery status while accepting the order. its been about a month and each time I call customer care they say it will be delivered in 2 to 5 business days.

@snarkilily @Fidomobile @GlocalMeMoments The amount we pay for cell service is criminal .. definitely circling back! How’s the beagle
