@Fidomobile can't get any help from fido because there are no available service representatives. Tried calling, tried ask Jack. I'm unable to log in via main website or thru the app.

Is anyone else with @Fidomobile have no signal? I haven’t been able to text or call on the network since 3:30pm. #FidoDown #FidoProblem

She also said that we do not have any email address in last 20 years of their existence in #Canada which is mind boggling. She also told me that she can text this resolution to me which she denied when I told her that I will make @Fidomobile viral on social med. #moneylaundering

  • HartejMangat Hartej Mangat (@HartejMangat) reported

@Fidomobile worst service network. Really disappointed from fido. Put me on hold for more then an hour. Never expected this from fido been with this network for more then 4 years and that’s how they treat you back

  • xphat Fatma Othman (@xphat) reported

@Fidomobile I accidentally turned off airplane mode and immediately turned it off. 0.06 MB and 0.09 MB in usage = $20 + tax charges for FidoRoam. What a way to treat loyal customers - if I knew I would get charged a full days rate I would have used it?? Do better???

  • bryarpaije bryar (@bryarpaije) reported

@Fidomobile i’m sorry but this isn’t customer service. i’m really upset that i have to deal with this after i haven’t called, and never will call the US. it’s a joke to offer 3 free months of US calling to someone who has never called the US rather than credit the charge.

  • wordsmythical Brian Heinrich (@wordsmythical) reported

@greg_gerla @Fidomobile The CRTC can regulate/create policy, but the phone companies have to implement the policies/regulations. The CRTC last year passed a policy/regulation to help deal with obvious scam calls (the ones coming from impossible numbers), but spoofed numbers seem more complicated.

Come on @Fidomobile Get Your S**t Together!! Your website especially the “Fido trades” area of your website is crap and your “Customer Support Specialists” don’t know their butts from a hole in the ground! This is no way to treat long time loyal customers!
