@Rogers @Fidomobile Hey Fido, From where do you hire your customer service representatives? Putting call on hold is not always the solution. Worst customer service #fido

  • xena_and_gabby PMac 🏳️‍🌈 (@xena_and_gabby) reported

@Fidomobile Your Automatic customer service is horrible and waiting 2 hours for someone to pick up a phone or FORTY minutes for someone to answer a chat is ridiculous. Poor customer service. Finally got things wrapped up - but took waaaay too much of my time. D-

  • Shamz_Official Jazib Shamsi (@Shamz_Official) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions They said the one that helped me wrote it in note but never actually went through with the transaction

  • MCNadzzz MCNadzzz (@MCNadzzz) reported

@Fidomobile Dear Fido Mobile- I'm so sick of your Customer Service. My Father is a senior w/ a senior mobile & home phone plan/service that is not working. You asked him to wait 72 hrs w/ no service & he's an ailing man w/ medical issues. Your rep was RUDE. UNACCEPTABLE. FIX THIS

  • ForMyBro37 Markus (@ForMyBro37) reported

@yapbang @Fidomobile They never take accountability. I’ve had the same problem. Ordered a Black Friday deal online and they messed it up and refused to honour the deal. 5+ years and I’m done. They like to give these generic comments on tweets like they care but don’t believe it. They don’t reply

  • BryanTamarah Tamarah Bryan - Blog (@BryanTamarah) reported

Much to my horror, even though I called and asked @Fidomobile specifically for a US calling plan, they are now deciding to stick me with this $600 bill, as a welcome gift for choosing their services with this phone. I wish I had never chosen them as a provider.

  • Kumar_Andhra కుమార్ (@Kumar_Andhra) reported

@Fidomobile Ordered a mobile phone and it showed me that I would get it in 2-5 days. Didn't receive tracking information and there is no way I can check it online. Terrible service this is!

  • gabanitin Nitin Gaba #FSDBetaCanada (@gabanitin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile just wondering if you intentionally ignore the law or if your systems are just that broken?
