@Fidomobile I got it from Fido, it's Motorola edge 2024, my old phone was not covered by fido network anymore so fido sent me a new phone. I activated the new simcard on my new phone yesterday and it was working but today I received the text saying my service is suspended

@Fidomobile I’ve been in touch with your care dept and they are unable to cancel it. After 30 minutes they told me to use your online assistant but I just get a response saying it cannot cancel an order for pickup at a store. I’m tired of the run around and would like this fixed please.

  • saurabhmkj Saurabh Mukherjee (@saurabhmkj) reported

@Fidomobile how do we make this complaint more official? this support model is unacceptable in any line of business. how do we make sure that this reaches the decision maker of Fido?

  • SeanHanleyTO Sean Hanley (@SeanHanleyTO) reported

@Fidomobile So is anyone going to help out?

  • 2076ckm10 Bear Dog (@2076ckm10) reported

@Fidomobile @Deepind32050694 You are a fraud company. Wont return calls. Wont help. We are trying to cancel our contract and can't talk to anyone or get a call back. I am going to keep posting until this gets done. We will never use Fido or Rogers because of this.

  • saurabhmkj Saurabh Mukherjee (@saurabhmkj) reported

@Fidomobile then? what’s the solution? are we gonna get the usual customer support?

  • saurabhmkj Saurabh Mukherjee (@saurabhmkj) reported

@Fidomobile this is a completely unethical support model. call back can be provided as an option but shouldn’t be forced to the customers.
