    @Fidomobile @Fidomobile FidoRoam got activated without any consent. Received email and SMS for the same and there is no guidelines attached to that to CANCEL it. Live chat Queue position is more than 50 which would take more than 30 minutes to chat. Be competitive and take care of customers

    @Fidomobile very poor network since last 3 months, call drops, missed calls, no signal......complained so many times about network but shameful answer all is well

    @Fidomobile I received a bill this morning for an account I canceled over a month ago. You guys have the worst service that’s why I left but yet I’m still getting charged and having to deal with ur ppl who don’t know how to do their jobs
