Intrepid Critic (@Who_knewit) reported@Fidomobile please switch me back to LTE. This switch to "5G" has made my phone slower, everything takes longer to open, chatgpt takes forever to give answers now. Podcasts just stop streaming as I randomly lose service. Switch us back, 5G isn't ready and it sucks.

STEP-UP TRANSFORMER© (@drwales1) reported@Fidomobile You guys set up call backs you are not willing to honour . With your crappy data service up north . This is very pathetic

Sarah Anderson (@SpirituallyFam) reportedAfter months of trying to resolve ongoing billing issues with @Fidomobile — including data overcharges that occurred while parental controls were active — I’m still waiting for a fair resolution. Partial credits don’t fix the underlying problem. Families deserve transparency and accountability, not exhaustion and confusion. Too many families just concede and pay because they don’t know how to fight back — allowing millions to be made off a faulty system. I won’t quietly accept that. A full reversal and goodwill credit are fair, considering the time, stress, and system failure that caused this. @CCTS_CRTC

Pete (@floofydoofbkup) reported@Fidomobile its impossible to get thru to an actual person in customer service and i am heavily considering leaving my contract early because of this
-
Smitty’s Stake House (@SmittyStakez) reported@Fidomobile What’s the point of customer service if you can’t even talk to anyone but bots??
-
Zee Hamid (@zeeinmilton) reported@Fidomobile - your service absolutely sucks! My dad's eSIM isn't working and there's no way to talk to a human. Your chatbot tells me that a human will call me on Tuesday evening! It's Friday! Who has time to wait 4 days.
-
Juan S S (@JSebastianS88) reported@Fidomobile any support available if the call drops?
-
Aephraim Steinberg (@QuantumAephraim) reported@Fidomobile What is wrong with your custserv? AskJack is 100% useless, then tells me to phone. On hold for 30 minutes, I go to AskJack to request a callback & it says "maybe I can help you first." When I say it can't, it says again "Call us at 1-877-331-9209" & disables typing.

Aden (@aden_hq) reported@TrcTrials123 @Fidomobile That sounds incredibly frustrating. Billing errors that take multiple channels to resolve are the worst. Hope they sort it out for you soon.

Ad'Amore (@A_d_Amore) reported@Fidomobile I switched to a $27 plan that covers US roaming and free calls to 27 countries. After switching there are significant glitches that did not happen before. Is this a low tier service?
