    Hearing about @koodo’s Black Friday deal ($50/month for 50GB data + unlimited talk/text AND a free iPhone 11?!?!) I’d be a fool not to switch phone providers! Especially after the joke of a credit @Fidomobile offered their customers after their 2nd outage in under a yr. #Koodo

    @Fidomobile I have been on hold for 2 hours and 24 minutes to speak with an agent 😱🤬 I have also been waiting for an agent from your online chat for 50 minutes. This is not something I can do online or if not be wasting my time! Terrible service!

    @Fidomobile worst service. I have been calling fido since 3 days . No one is there to help. Today i was on the line for 1 hour & no one was there to help. The second time i called they told me to call again later. Very much disappointed.

    @Fidomobile how come any new account can be generated on my email without my consent. It is direct invasion of privacy it is so stressing and customer service is not even responding. I need this to be resolved……….
