    @Fidomobile @LidoPimienta @WitchProphet Stay away from fido, 30 minutes on the phone and 11 years of loyalty got me an extra $10 on my plan and $45 activation fee for picking it up at the store all because I spoke to someone on the phone instead of doing it online. Bad customer loyalty. Way to keep me. Stay away guys.

    The retention person I just spoke to @Bell just said she knows the services are expensive but I’m paying for the service... going to be honest have only received bare minimum service from bell. Off to @Fidomobile I go!

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions When you want to save an old Fido phone from the landfill to reuse on another service but the operator won’t unlock it. Terrible customer service from a 20 year customer. 90 minutes on chat without success. Isn’t it the law they unlock phones.

    @Fidomobile is a cheat. They called stating various promotions and thus ported for better deals. But now when I ask them for those credits they state this isn’t mentioned and we can’t apply. Such fake service providers!!!!#fido #fakeservices #badcustomerservice
