    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I got a write off of $87 when I switched my line from Fido to freedom mobile 2 years ago, I settled my bill with Fido when I was switching to Freedom. Can you please help me? I can’t get any car loan because of this write off

    Hey @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions your service has been spotty over the last week in Ottawa K1T 1T2, its so bad, I cannot even call you! Network busy, voice service not available, low quality in the calls, and calls dropped, and direct to voice mail? Are you having network issues?

    @Fidomobile Hi ! I want to switch to fido . I talked with your chat team , they were very rude And just offered same plans from website. My friend switched to fido and got amazing deal.

    I took 2 lines from Fido on September but no bill is issued till now and in between both lines got suspended and call the customer to get active again but they have not given the clarification and asked me to call again really very horrible service. @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile
