    @soban_shaikh @Fidomobile Yeah. Their customer service has really gone downhill the last few years. I stayed with them so long because of the customer service but now it’s why I will be leaving unfortunately.

    I've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up. (1/20)

    Bring back real customer service with real humans ! You can't keep cutting costs like this. You guys are essentially fast tracking losing customers If that's the goal then fine @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done
