    @Fidomobile continued... your customer representative’s inability to note down a basic postal code correctly is what I am being harassed for. This is highly frustrating and @Fidomobile doesn’t care since I am no more their customer and my due money is lowest in their priority.

    The end of the month?So tell me this @Fidomobile how do you allow your customers to be charged such high amounts during this stressful time and not even have a decent team to provide customer service and help with problems like this that were caused by a simple misunderstanding?

    @Fidomobile I am being asked to wait for another 3-4 weeks,making it a total of 3 months of wait to get a minimal amount of 26.88 cad when I have paid 500 cad monthly bills at times.Multiple Case ids registered,no time for supervisors to listen to customer concerns.
