    @Fidomobile is one major failure in customer service. Customer beware. They will charge you fees for this and that and say the machine did it. Collection action then ensues. Amazing what these guys get away with

    @Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

    I find it an issue when CS reps ask you what’s wrong and you tell them what the issue is but they fail to actively listen your concerns. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself 6x what’s wrong for you to grasp what’s wrong.Communication skills are important! @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions
