  @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Told me that we can’t give you that deal as you our system doesn’t allow us. So basically I didn’t get what I signed up for and they gave me 10bucks off but took 3Gb away. Don’t go for online offers. Fido disappointed me after being a loyal customer for 20 years

  @TruckChudmore @Fidomobile Was a customer for over 10 years with teksavvy, when we moved we wanted to transfer our number over to the new place, they told us no problem. After we moved they told us, they couldn’t do it. So we ended up going to Fido internet and Rogers cell. No more home phone!

  Seriously wtf @Fidomobile. I have been on the phone with you guys for more than 3 hours over the past 3 weeks just to get the internet service I'm paying for!? Then they tell me to wait for technicians between 4-6pm. It's past 6 and they didn't show up. No call no text.

  @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Any update on the issue. In the mail its saying you will get your order in 2-5 days. Can you please work in this quickly. And please let me know why this has happened?? How someone order something on my account.
