Hi @Fidomobile Have a $55 plan with 25gb and a customer for nearly 3 years. I saw that Fido in a mall has a $50 for 20gb plan which they are discounting to $35 for a year for new customers,but apparently only $10 off a $60 plan for existing customers. Loyalty counts for nothing

@Mithushan_P @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I know! They boosts up the plan prices while sill in agreement, and while they have network issues. And can't even call rep anymore and people with the chats are not hopeful. I should have stayed with Koodo. Plain insulting

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I have problems with my order, I add new line to my account for device and follow up few days for order delivery, I received device but SIM card yet to be shipped, I mean what is this? You could hav shipped both device and SIM card together
