A genuine customer to be labelled fraud without any information,due diligence & locking out of online account services. Need a call back asap & instant resolution.   To be honest, I didn't even know there was a Canadian cell service outrage, as my @Fidomobile roam like home has been malfunctioning like that the whole 2 months. Fido, I hope you do right by my refund
