@FidoSolutions April 19 both my husband and I had no network or data on our phones for over 24 hours. All other service providers provided a credit to their customers. Why is @Fidomobile doing nothing? Kindly look into this.

Just gonna throw this out there. @Fidomobile will forever be better than @virginmobilecan ..... virgin has done nothing good for me, and when you call them instead of them helping you they direct you to self service that doesn’t even solve your problem. Worst customer service .

@Fidomobile You said you would credit all accounts for the April 19th blackout on the May bill and that we didn’t have to do anything.... Well, I didn’t receive my credit on my May bill and that’s poor customer service and dishonesty.

RE: @Fidomobile incompetence. We called to schedule the move of our internet in the coming weeks, and immediately our internet fell and our account was disabled. We've been like this for hours, no one gives us a solution. We need it for our jobs, we've been unable to work.

@Fidomobile I can't login to the My Account app anymore. Everytime I try to login it just crashes after I submit the login form. I already tried resetting the password to make sure it wasn't just a wrong password. It just started happening today, I'm on Pixel 4.

@Fidomobile curiosity did not bring me here. Originally I came for a phone and a contract but fido shafted me and negated on their customer service persons promise and guarantee to me. And Fido is incapable or unwilling to say they were wrong and they want to make it right.

My @Fidomobile home internet is down all the time lately and it’s nearly impossible to solve the problem since no one is available to take my cal, and their website only shows “exclusive offers”.
