I think that is illegal as Fido Roaming charges are NOT linked to a specific service they provided. POOR USER EXPERIENCE!

I received order confirmation and it said to wait for a "pick up" email from the store. I never got one. Fido chat said the store should have it and to call them 1/3

- (@lillianferns) reported@FidoSolutions What boggles my mind is why a @Fidomobile representative is not authorized to freeze/cancel transactions reported as being fraudulent within hours of it occurring. Why do you need the fraud department to take action when I am reporting it as such?
