My phone is cut off for no payment even tho it is automatic debit and i have money in my account. FIDO i have no phone service and i am HAPPY TO PAY! A friend with a recently deactivated phone needs to reactivate but without the fido number active there are 0 means of reaching customer service. Chatbox non-functional, no ability to reach anyone on phone.
