    @Fidomobile Fido prepaid charged my an account an auto refill erroneously (my monthly auto payment was the day before and there were no calls/texts). It's been almost 2 weeks since I was promised a refund in 3-5 days, and support says they can't check the status.

    Having lots of issues with @Fidomobile bill but no one cares they make people wait for so long that people stop botherjnv them. It seems like a huge mistake on migrating from another provider. Very bad service and no one cares

    @Fidomobile your live chat support is 3rd class. Please improve your service i had to wait 45 minutes to chat and then suddenly in between the convocation it ended automatically. Very disappointed with fido switching to freedom.

    Likewise by @Fidomobile seems to be a scam! Have been waiting for 2 weeks to get my phone fixed with no luck. On top of $19/m fee I paid $120 to initiate the fix process and I chose an option to get my phone fixed at my house I waited all day today and no technician showed up..

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions what kind of service is this? You just sell products but don’t answer. Yesterday 55 min on hold, today same. No one gets back to us.
