A friend with a recently deactivated phone needs to reactivate but without the fido number active there are 0 means of reaching customer service. Chatbox non-functional, no ability to reach anyone on phone.

I was at peace after leaving, but you brought me back with false promises—no hotspot, no free US calling. And no one is calling me back, which is disappointing.
