    @Fidomobile why is @Rogers trying to steal me as a customer by offering internet service that's faster and less expensive when they're the same company but when I call Fido CS they can't offer me the same deal?

    @Fidomobile why the hell do I have a $50 "suspension" charge on my bill? My phones service has never been shut off or "suspended" before. So why are you charging me for random ****? Now I'm going to have to go back through all my bills to see how you're trying to rip me off!

    @Fidomobile why isn't Fido introducing service where it asks caller to press random number to connect to call to user? Telus has this feature and it stops spam calls from getting thru.

    @Fidomobile Why are your chat agents not understanding a simple thing? I have requested for a call back from customer support multiple times over chat, and still nothing. Why are you guys doing this?
