    @Fidomobile so it's not bad enough I have to wait 5 1/2 hours to talk to someone, now you send me a text saying their call can be any time between 730 and 8. Why the hell did I pick a time? Yeah, once my phones paid off I'm gone, this is BS.

    @Fidomobile fed up with your customer support. I am unable to update my billing address in the app or website. System cannot find my address. Contact support and the IVR says it can be done online. How do I update my address now?

    In short, @Fidomobile sucks, and anyone on that network should switch. I'm going to. Hell, I'm looking at new providers right now.
