    @Fidomobile since the new update I can't access the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I still have the same issue

    @Fidomobile I can't login to the My Account app anymore. Everytime I try to login it just crashes after I submit the login form. I already tried resetting the password to make sure it wasn't just a wrong password. It just started happening today, I'm on Pixel 4.

    @FidoSolutions April 19 both my husband and I had no network or data on our phones for over 24 hours. All other service providers provided a credit to their customers. Why is @Fidomobile doing nothing? Kindly look into this.

    @Fidomobile your service is totally worst. I suggest to all Please don’t use fido ever. They make fool their customer @FidoSolutions just because of you guys i am under depressed. I crossed 350min just because technical issues and you sent me very huge amount.
