    Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

    @Fidomobile customer service is literally HELL. To speak to a live agent you need to schedule a callback.. you’re stuck talking to some stupid AI bot that doesn’t understand.. the agents you then talk with are from India, so you spend the next 37 mins repeating yourself.. FML

    @Fidomobile I ended my contract with you on August 25th, yet you still bombard me with emails claiming I owe you $200+. Your online chat team won’t resolve it and I can’t visit in store or call because I no longer live in Canada. Please fix this before you ruin my credit score.
