    Ok you techy lot I have a bloody LG Cell phone that will not let me delete or answer messages, I hit the delete button and it says failed to delete. so frustrating and nobody at FIDO @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions will answer the phone to help me, any ideas? apart from smashing it??

    @Fidomobile great customer service today. Told my whole family to switch providers for $2. So we did, and got a better deal than anything you could’ve offered. Thanks for nothing.

    @Fidomobile rather than credit me the money you’d pay out the extra money for this “courtesy package”. how is this courtesy when it’s never happened before and you’re doing the opposite of helping me???? i have never once called the USA

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Just a Feedback - Customer service is worst. CSR either don’t understand anything and don’t want to understand anything regarding request over the call. To open a new account take 10 minutes at store but to correct mistake made by in-store (1/n)

    @Fidomobile after speaking to a CSR they said there has been no record of me ever calling the US prior to these alleged call dates. i’m quite frustrated because i’ve been with you for years, never asked to amend bills and the ONE time i have an issue there’s 0 help.

    @Fidomobile HORRIBLE customer service!! HORRIBLE!! After 5 calls and 10 hrs, in total, on the phone, they issued and escalate another ticket for a simple 'My Account' login problem. They promised, the same as the last 4 times, to be fixed in 2 days. Their word is worth nothing

    @Fidomobile how is that somehow i’ve never had a outgoing call to the USA in all of the years i’ve been with you but call and ask what the heck happened because it wasn’t me and i get told “sorry we can give you a 3 month courtesy package for US calling”. I DONT CALL THE US
