    @Fidomobile chat disconnected me after 5 mins of inactivity after I waited for them for 3 hours. Phone lines are down. Haven't been able to reach you guys all week trying to set up voicemail. What gives?

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile trying to reach customer support from past 3 days via call/chat n even walk-in to multiple stores. Looks like no one is bothered about existing customers. Time to move on to different provider.

    @Fidomobile nothing quite makes a customer feel valued like sitting on hold for almost an hour, finally getting connected to someone, getting out on hold then 'due to unforseen circumstances we're unable to assist you, call again later'... TWICE.

    @JoelBennett @Fidomobile Broken today too. I got what sounded like a scam call about my bill. Tried to log in and it just logs you right out.
