    @Fidomobile I contacted customer service in order to get a refund of the roaming fee because I didn’t not use my phone on roaming at anytime since I had a local line. I contacted customer service, but the first person I spoke to placed me on hold for 10 minutes and ended up hanging up.

    @Fidomobile haven't had internet on my phone all day. Customer service is supposed to call me back but nothing so far. Frustrating. Plz help.

    @andrewloverock @Fidomobile Haha. The agent was making fun of Shaw/Freedom as “not our competitor” and how terrible their network is. You’d think they’d at least attempt to give me a half decent deal.
