    @Fidomobile I got chrged $50 for LD calling for July. LD is already included in my plan since i get into contract with FIdo from Nov 2019. It's not mentioned any end date of the LD service in contract. These are fraudulent charges and needs to be taken back.

    @Fidomobile, I've spent over an hour trying to get a situation resolved and all I'm hearing is "I do apologize..." and gaslighting abiut the situation. After 1 hr+ a "supervisor" hung up on me. Why does your customer service suck so damn bad lately?

    Switched from @koodo to @fidomobile and was charged the tab bonus for my year old phone. Reason for switch: zero bars. Apparently I should have called koodo to try to fix anyway. Is that really something you could have fixed koodo? #fineprint
