    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions another annoyed black Friday customer. Was promised $30 for one line and $25 for the second, but have been told by fido reps that monthly credit gets split between 2 months and to deal with it. Disappointed with the false advertising.

    @Fidomobile can I continue to pay the remaining amount of my iPhone while not paying the monthly bill for the mobile connection? I also don’t want to loose the number, that’s why I am requesting you to pause the service for a while

    @Fidomobile ... the worst customer service in the telecommunications arena. Advised to wait MINIMUM 45 mins to speak to a manager for an error FIDO BILLING made... Why not just take my number and call me back...😡😡😡

    @Fidomobile pretty great I get a certified pre owned phone and it doesn't even work, then I contact customer support get the run around and only to. Find out you guys don't even have a replacement for the phone I want.....

    @Fidomobile Hi, trying to very hard to settle up my account since October 2022 and my account has been cancelled since Dec 2022 but I keep getting billed. Why? Can a supervisor or manager please help me here. Thanks.

    @Fidomobile hey Fidomobile, 30th January is not 31st January and when you commit to something make sure you be on it and not leave the customer without internet service. This was unacceptable, highly dissatisfied and disappointed, that's not how you treat a loyal customer

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Irecieved a mail claiming that I'm liable of 288CAD as a phone bill to Fido but I don't have a postpaid account at Fido I have a prepaid account. And all the information that it is mentioning is wrong about me. It's just the mail, which is correct Help
