  I have a @Fidomobile cell & the signal is terrible where I live. Frequent dropouts, no 5g. I'm done with it. Went to a @FreedomMobile store and, respect to them, they admitted their signal is weak where I live too. They're new, so I'll wait, and their integrity won't be forgotten

  @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done

  @Fidomobile your customer service is a complete travesty. I'm trying to change address, but I can't even login to my account bc your website never sends the verification code. AI chat bot is useless. Phone dial-a-bot is useless. I'll just let you guys bill the wrong address

  Was a @Fidomobile customer for 18 years and cancelled today. They added a $5 charge to my already too-expensive plan and have been unwilling to keep me (not that you can actually talk to someone) Can’t wait for the win-back call in 2 weeks where suddenly they have flexibility
