    @Fidomobile I was offered a plan and they agreed on it and now they took a flip on their words. Horrible customer service and they never fulfill their promises for the existing customers . Regret to be with Fido.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile why does your wifi cut out everytime for literally no reason, ive been trying to go to class but it just keeps cutting out for no reason ive literaly unplugged and plugged it back so many times but nothing has worked.

    @Fidomobile I can't login to the My Account app anymore. Everytime I try to login it just crashes after I submit the login form. I already tried resetting the password to make sure it wasn't just a wrong password. It just started happening today, I'm on Pixel 4.

    @Fidomobile if Fido customer support made guarantees and promises but then someone else tells you the next day that they wont hold to the promises made, tell you they dont know who the representative was then you would lose any trust or respect for the company.

    @Berry_xox @Fidomobile After having cell service since cell phones came out I've paid to Roger's 30000 to 60000 dollars.

    @Fidomobile @Fidomobile worst customer service received by manager olga emplyee id i1648770376, as when i complained to her about wrong charges she kept talking over me and when i asked her to listen to me she hung up on me
