    @Fidomobile home internet outage jn L6P2Y7 since 6 hours and no response from FIDO what so ever .. this is how bad FIDO is .. can you imagine world without internet. welcome to FIDO service

    @Fidomobile You are without a doubt the worst company every I just checked my bill and found that you charging me something called Suspension Fee how in earth that make any sense . not only that but when i was talking to your customer service they just hangup without calling back

    @Fidomobile I need to split up an account. I've tried to call 3x now but you never seem to be open when I'm not working. The message telling me you're closed does not include opening hours or timezone. I don't think I can do what I need to online. Can you help?

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile whats going on with home wifi? I have no internet connection. (Mississauga). I already tweeted last week that i will switch and this happened again and its worse. Last time restarting the router fixed the issue. Now it didnt.

    @Fidomobile What happened was you added suspension fee to my bill given that it does not make any sense to charge your customers for suspending there data in addition, I paid my bill and not only that your customer service representative ended the call and she did not call me back
