Nav ID (@7Navid7kg) reported@Fidomobile I have been trying to cancel my phone service by calling your company multiple times. Each time I inform the representative that I wish to cancel my line, they hang up on me. This is unacceptable and reflects very poor service. Please address this issue asap

Now I have to wait until tomorrow to schedule another call back. This isn’t available online, please can someone just help today?
