Canada needs to get control over monopolies like @Fidomobile. It's taken 4 phone calls and over 2 hours today to solve a problem. Complete joke! #cdnpoli #CRTC

@Fidomobile hey! So a bad customer experience over the phone is what is going to push me to change providers! Agents interrupting while customers talking not a good way to start my morning.

@Fidomobile one of the worst telecom brand in Canada. Frustrated at your customer service and your hidden agendas to charge customer. Initially given some international minutes and notifying that it ends in 2 word note in my receipt is unacceptable.
