    @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done

    @Fidomobile Connecting to a customer specialist is so hard now. Awful experience. AI keeps on scheduling a call, there is NO option to connect directly, even if we need to speak right away. #Fido

    How is @Fidomobile an actual “tele-communications” company? 🤷🏾 how can you not be able to talk to anyone? I’m embarrassed to say I’ve been a customer for 20 years! 🤬 Their “Artificial Intelligence” is built off their “Actual Intelligence” so nothing works #IKNOWFRANZ

    @KayLillyFleur @Fidomobile Atrocious customer service. Ai phone bot is horrible and wanted to book a call for me with a live person 4 days from now on Tuesday. Unacceptable. Will be looking to cancel after 20 years with @FidoSolutions with same phone number.

    @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤
