    @Fidomobile I was within the two weeks, I should be able to just cancel and get my money back. I tried it, didn’t work out, oh well. This leads to the first time I called in. I tell the rep that I’m looking to cancel my service, "Oh, let me check... (4/21)

    While most of our work is in network related threats, a reminder.. phone scams keep rising.. and unfortunately, lots of them are south asian based.. if you get a call from say @rogers or @Fidomobile with a heavy accent.. it's now probably a scam. Call them out.. 'Oh, hey a call from one of those India based scam outfits..' then hang up, and block the number.. (They like swearing)

    @Fidomobile do you think customer wouldn’t pay attention and you can charge em whatever your if they find Fido will say sorry and will do the correction ?? This is call rip off, shame on you @Fidomobile now you will ask for to send me private msg so you can save your image 😡😡😡

    @Fidomobile in Mexico currently & can’t get hold of anyone @ 611. Need help with 2 travel plans……. a wrong date was provided through an agent for me & wife’s plan that was requested yesterday online was not implemented. Just did it again on line & it is isn’t working.

    @Fidomobile @RogersHelps Team I need some help! Transfered my mom's existing number from Rogers to Fido, but we are getting billed by both! Rogers is billing old #, Fido is billed new #, and her existing Rogers number should have transferred over. Who do I start with for help?

    @Fidomobile I already cancelled and have the notification since 2026-05-28 the notification id is 2776928255 as of today Fido is still sending me bills. Can you please stop harassing, stealing, and billing me for a service I cancelled more than 3 months ago!
