@misterbumface @Fidomobile They will tell you that you should have called them prior to traveling abroad to turn off Fido Roaming. I think that is illegal as Fido Roaming charges are NOT linked to a specific service they provided. POOR USER EXPERIENCE!

@Fidomobile The 2nd support told me the $25 was expired. I questioned him why expired? Customers should be treated equally and why someone has $25 but others don't? He hang up the call. Both support are rude!

So @Fidomobile gave me $6 dollars in credit for July 8th outage. And charged me $12 for US roaming when I accidentally dialed voicemail which lasted less than 5 seconds.... Corporate greed has no bounds.

My wife and I were really happy with a service from @Videotron (Our internet provider) where they had a salesperson knocking on our door asking us to switch to them (for mobile services) and leave @Fidomobile. There was a catch though. 🧵 (PT 1)

@Fidomobile thanks for nothing, Fido! Impossible to get through even to get in queue over the phone. Directs me to live chat. Live chat agent takes about 20 mins for each reply just to give me answers I already knew. Being a long time customer means nothing esp with offers.

@Fidomobile making fool to customers by matching the plan as you get from other service provider to stop you going with them. But later on you can’t change your device with that plan either pay full amount or change your plan. What a strategy well planned.

@MJForbes @Fidomobile Suspect not, but getting a person to answer a customer question in Canada telecom-land is nigh on impossible. That’s b/c it’s the customer's fault there’s a problem.
