  Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

  @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I need to cancel a new line before they ship the phone, but I am unable to get a call before tomorrow. I called yesterday but he told me I had to call again on Monday, but I just received the confirmation of the order. Can you cancel it before it’s sent

  @Fidomobile @RogersHelps I was convinced to return with the promise of FREE US calling but now I’m being charged. A/C No 507570791. Called brand ambassador team many times.lady who sold me the plan is “never at her desk” & no callback yet. This feels misleading. Please fix ASAP

  I've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up.
