    @Fidomobile Think'g of becoming a new customer? Think again. Fido will add a $12 'default' roam'g chrg to your bill - even if the only call placed while roaming is to your own Fido vm.

    @FidoSolutions I am not getting a solution. @Fidomobile you are charging me $24 for sending a whatsapp text and receiving a call from my child's school. Fair enough???? I requested the customer support to waive it and they said if it's just that little usage they will consider it to waive it.

    @Fidomobile So not only are you guys going to add on unnecessary charges on my bill. You guys are going to have me on hold for 19mins just to hang up. Yea I’m ready to switch providers, cause I’ve had it!!
