Not only will @Fidomobile customer service not help you, they will textbook respond you to death to the point that you don't even want to call in for help because you know you won't receive any.

@Fidomobile I got chrged $50 for LD calling for July. LD is already included in my plan since i get into contract with FIdo from Nov 2019. It's not mentioned any end date of the LD service in contract. These are fraudulent charges and needs to be taken back.

If it's one company that will hang you out to dry, it's @Fidomobile. Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT expect them to have your back as the customer. You'll play yourself immensly.
