@Fidomobile And to add to it, you're making it extremely difficult to reach customer support.

  • GlenStrong2 Strongopinions (@GlenStrong2) reported

@Fidomobile Since every department you have doesn't care that you treat your customers like garbage,I've contacted the CRTC to get some help dealing with you!If this ends up on your main page,I hope people realize they don't have to accept being treated this way and have options!

  • MrChees37019310 O.J. Anderson (@MrChees37019310) reported

@Fidomobile Go **** yourself. Get better internet you dumbasses. Y'all are ******* clowns who steal people's money and ruin livelihoods.

  • Cynderbug Cyn (Chiew) Priest (@Cynderbug) reported

I should never have taken @Fidomobile’s loyalty offer to switch to @RogersMobileCa Both my husband and I cannot send any outgoing text messages. Fido said this won’t happen if we switched back. I called Tech yesterday and they said it would take 48 hours for mine.

  • CitizenMidgaard Citizen of Midgaard (@CitizenMidgaard) reported

@Fidomobile @Rogers literally the worst customer service ever. You have my wife crying at work over false accusations. We've been customers for almost a decade and this how you do us.... Wow. The worst I've ever seen. #fido #rogers

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@gerbean99 @Fidomobile Unfortunately, there isn't anything anyone can do to prevent their number from being spoofed. Even the RCMP had their number spoofed. It's too bad more people aren't aware of the situation and more understanding when returning calls

  • xKookieKillerx Joko (@xKookieKillerx) reported

@Explorer_Kay @Fidomobile Could just be the area. You cannot expect to get good service in the boons. I always had issues out there. It’s like the internet. Trees are great until it comes to wireless signal.

  • GlenStrong2 Strongopinions (@GlenStrong2) reported

@Fidomobile **** YOU! Your repair guy uses my wife's phone to give HIMSELF a 5 star rating, BREAKS BOTH OUR PHONES worse than before, and you say "your claim to repair is denied, you're only allowed 2 every 365 days"? Worst customer service ever. TOOK 3 WEEKS to get that answer!?

  • SadisticCynic Justin (@SadisticCynic) reported

@Fidomobile Hey Fido, tell me why it's so damn hard to get a charge removed after a buyer's remorse? CRTC: "You can return your cellphone within 15 days, without penalty, if you are unhappy with your service. Use up to half of your allowed monthly usage during the trial period"
