@Fidomobile Sometimes your device craps out on you, and there's solutions to fix that. CGI's can easily place it anywhere really (the background scenery that is).

@Fidomobile I am using Fido and the Fido customer service are saying to go to third party for the solution, as if give money but go ask someone else for solutions.

@Fidomobile I accepted a plan upgrade for the same cost as the previous. No mention that any existing discounts would be cancelled. Very misleading. Buyer beware. Unhappy customer.
