Polygolferous (@OG_BC_Citizen) reported@Fidomobile your customer service is a complete travesty. I'm trying to change address, but I can't even login to my account bc your website never sends the verification code. AI chat bot is useless. Phone dial-a-bot is useless. I'll just let you guys bill the wrong address

leaky (@leaky766) reported@RealKiTsKorner @Fidomobile @Rogers Unreal isnt it ? Shockingly bad customer service ......
-
Marshall (@Oilers4Evr) reportedLooking for a new cell phone carrier as @Fidomobile is absolutely terrible. They can offer a plan for $45/month to new customers but existing customers have to pay $65 for the same plan.
-
Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.

Linny (@IosonoLf) reported@Fidomobile Hello Fido - we’ve tried calling you three times now and we keep getting nowhere. We keep having to schedule a call to speak to anyone. Can anyone help us?
-
Fari Tow (@EffTee1) reported@Fidomobile Fido is increasing their "agreed mobile service rates" very often! this is really disappointing. @FidoSolutions #UhhappyCustomer
-
SC (@shark7456) reported@Fidomobile disgraceful way to treat customers. Luring people in with an attractive price and then quietly increasing it just months later is deceptive and completely unacceptable. Don't want excuses or a generic explanation of your pricing policy. FIX THIS.

Kv N (@KvEncela) reported@Fidomobile was signing for a new plan and as usual nothing worked , submitted license and photo then shows message need more information and a contact number shows that is not in service, bunch of incompetent…
-
Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reportedI've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up.

Benn Prend (@BenPrendergast) reportedThe @Fidomobile customer service is probably the most god awful chat/phone line I’ve ever experienced. And I worked for be. Guarantee I’ll get a tweet back faster than their callback request.
