@Fidomobile Hey Fido, every time I try to get my (adult) kids names on their accounts I get pawned off on someone else. Can't do it in the store, can't do it with the person on the phone, can't do it unless we're all together. Now I've been on hold for an hour and a half. WTF?

  • Eliz__Mitchell Elizabeth Mitchell (@Eliz__Mitchell) reported

@Fidomobile .5 hours ago: Tweet Fido "WTF" -- response "it's no problem just do this thing you've already tried"

  • SardonicIAm Muckracker (@SardonicIAm) reported

@Fidomobile What does it take to get you to stop harassing me about a customer that doesn't live at my residence? Shall I go to the media and then a lawyer?

  • Spencer__W__ Spencer W. (@Spencer__W__) reported

@gfinockio @Fidomobile @koodo Fido sucks. I asked them, as a customer of 5 years, if I could have a $50 for 20gb deal and they said no despite my old plan being $50 for 10gb. I cancelled my contract, went to Bell, got the plan I wanted plus a new S22 ultra for $9 less a month than I was paying fido.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions The only reason this phone companies is still in business is because of physical stores. 2 hours on the phone waiting for customer service. Somebody recommend a better provider. Thanks

  • alenppc Alen Marks (@alenppc) reported

Once again @Fidomobile is about to lose a customer since they won’t match a public plan offered by @koodo. I bet if they lose enough customers they will match it in a week time but by then it will be too late. Would have preferred to avoid this hassle but here we go again #greed

  • Eliz__Mitchell Elizabeth Mitchell (@Eliz__Mitchell) reported

@Fidomobile Fido workers are trying very hard but Fido has TERRIBLE customer service. 3 people spending 2.5 hours on hold, waiting 1.5 hours for a call back, we'll have to pay $50 each for the name change which we first asked for years ago. I am escalating to the CCTS.

  • ravipshetti @ravipattanshetti (@ravipshetti) reported

What is the process to port from @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile to other service providers? You don't honor customer who is loyal to #Fido for more than 6 years. High time to shop around. #NoMoreFido

  • noeljuliet Noelito (@noeljuliet) reported

@Fidomobile I have been on the phone for an hour and now put on hold for a long time now trying to dispute a charge. I had my data roaming off during a trip. How come I am being charged for data usage I never used?

  • gfinockio Glenn Finockio (@gfinockio) reported

Seeing some very tempting deals popping up for cellular service this Black Friday - @Fidomobile just offered me $35 a month for 20GB of data and perks. I wonder if @koodo would play ball and match, or at least come close? Maybe it's time I make some calls and visit some kiosks...
