    Looking for a new cell phone carrier as @Fidomobile is absolutely terrible. They can offer a plan for $45/month to new customers but existing customers have to pay $65 for the same plan.

    @eranxah @Fidomobile Ya, just got my bill text message and it was $5 more than usual. I already had a +$5 increase last June. WTH? There is zero added value / improved service I’ve seen to validate it. I thought the @CRTCeng clamped down on sketchy price increases like this.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Hi, I need to change a basic talk & text plan due to leaving Canada for a long time, but I couldn't find any downgrade plan on mobile plan pages. No complaint email provided, asked Jack bot nothing changed. Please help, otherwise suspend your line 😡

    I have a @Fidomobile cell & the signal is terrible where I live. Frequent dropouts, no 5g. I'm done with it. Went to a @FreedomMobile store and, respect to them, they admitted their signal is weak where I live too. They're new, so I'll wait, and their integrity won't be forgotten
