    @Fidomobile @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions You guys are trouble makers. I was at peace after leaving, but you brought me back with false promises—no hotspot, no free US calling. And no one is calling me back, which is disappointing. Fix this ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider

    Hey @Rogers @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions You can't just change the monthly phone plan prices whenever you want. We agreed on a set price that doesn't change for as long as we have It. We don't care about your investment in 5G network that you've trained your reps to tell us.

    Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!
