@Fidomobile I am not giving out personal information over Twitter. How about a complaint email address? I don't have another hour to sit and wait to be cut off by your staff again?

@Fidomobile my mobile data has been down since this morning and I can't through your technical support. Is this another #networkoutage?

@MJForbes @Fidomobile Suspect not, but getting a person to answer a customer question in Canada telecom-land is nigh on impossible. That’s b/c it’s the customer's fault there’s a problem.

@misterbumface @Fidomobile They will tell you that you should have called them prior to traveling abroad to turn off Fido Roaming. I think that is illegal as Fido Roaming charges are NOT linked to a specific service they provided. POOR USER EXPERIENCE!

Soooooo, when are we supposed to see the “discount” because of the @Rogers outage? I just got my July bill from @Fidomobile without any changes 🤔

Aqib Khan (@AqibKingKhan) reported
I thought @Fidomobile was discounting our bill because of the outage last month?? I just got mine and it’s the full bill…
-
Philip Hadley (@hadley4ipswich) reported
@Fidomobile can you explain why I waited a month to get through to someone, then when I asked to file a complaint about July 8th - your staff just cut me off twice?

Marty Forbes (@MJForbes) reported from Lac Ste. Anne County, Alberta
@Bruce_Winter @Fidomobile The master of the…shuffle off to somebody else. Can’t find a single person who will say ‘I will fix the problem.’ Brand new phones don’t generally have SIM cards with hundreds of contacts in them do they?

@Fidomobile I've been trying to reach your customer service through askJack and on the phone and I can't get through to anyone. I want to discuss my latest bill, can someone help? Thank you!
