Please be advised dont use @Fidomobile as your mobile service provider. They fool you quite nicely and then charge you 500 dollars extra for no reason, then you decide to quit with fido and then they would call you back after 1 month giving you great deals to come back to them

@Fidomobile Signed up for a deal with your winback team for $30/MTH. Got my first bill and it's $104!!! Now I remembered why I left in the first place and regret signing up again with fido. Your customer support is non-existent and reps are sleezy liars #fido #fidomobile

@Fidomobile Worst customer service. Waiting period 3hrs to connect to customer care and long wait for chat live but after fee hr phone automatically get disconnected.#fido

@Fidomobile extremely unsatisfied with the service given by fido, They dont listen to customer problem . Big mistake to be a fido customer, there are better plans with other carriers and much good customer service.

If you are thinking of switching to @Fidomobile consider this. I switched from Bell yesterday. I cant’t send or receive texts. I spent 90 minutes on chat and they said I’d have to wait 24 to 72 hours for tech support to get back to me. In my opinion Fido is not a good phone co.
