@Fidomobile I've been on loop for the past 3 hours! I contact an agent on your online chat and they tell me to call your customer service. Customer service is just a robot!!! The robot keeps telling me to check my texts but I'm calling you because I don't have access to texts

@BenKlass @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I even tried another browser just in case. I saw that a js bundle and another asset returned 404 and assumed something bad happened on your end. Anyways I tried again now and it works.

@Fidomobile Iv been with Fido for 20+ years, customer service is not acceptable anymore. Over a $400 deposit I am moving my entire family and business lines over to the competitor. This generations loyalty department is horrible. I advise against this company.

The lady on phone was so rude, she didn't even responded properly. @Fidomobile And she asked me to visit store for this. I visited the store for 2nd time and over there she told me that they can not update birth year, it should be done over the phone.

The worst customer service I ever got is from @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions. I just want to upgrade some service and for that to verify my account they asked my DOB and birth year was incorrect. Maybe that's my fault while creating new account but there is no way to update it online

@Fidomobile It is becoming so ridiculous to contact the Fido customer support center. I called and they said they will call me back. got text for ask jack. waited for chat support in que for 50 minutes. when my turn came in que nobody is answering.@Fidomobile
