Susan Foster (@fostersusan261) reported@Fidomobile you should get some real people on the help line. Not your stupid AI bot. It's not helpful, and I need my problem fixed now, not in three days time when your 'specialist' can finally call me back. Also your app needs some help.

Sarah Anderson (@SpirituallyFam) reportedAfter months of trying to resolve ongoing billing issues with @Fidomobile — including data overcharges that occurred while parental controls were active — I’m still waiting for a fair resolution. Partial credits don’t fix the underlying problem. Families deserve transparency and accountability, not exhaustion and confusion. Too many families just concede and pay because they don’t know how to fight back — allowing millions to be made off a faulty system. I won’t quietly accept that. A full reversal and goodwill credit are fair, considering the time, stress, and system failure that caused this. @CCTS_CRTC

Franz Thomas™ (@FranzThomas) reportedHow is @Fidomobile an actual “tele-communications” company? 🤷🏾 how can you not be able to talk to anyone? I’m embarrassed to say I’ve been a customer for 20 years! 🤬 Their “Artificial Intelligence” is built off their “Actual Intelligence” so nothing works #IKNOWFRANZ

Lina Serratos (@CaroSerratos) reported@Fidomobile I am close to phone rage at this time. How hard can it be to get human assistance and cancel my contract with you? This is precisely why I’m done with #Fido - the ridiculously expensive service too.

gebilaowang (@kuailenanhai111) reported@Fidomobile I have already left Canada since June 2025 and will no longer use this plan and phone number. However, Fido keep charging me for 5 months. I can not cancel my plan online and also I can not talk to a specialist. Please help me to cancel my plan and STOP CHARGING ME anymore!

Howard Bailey (@howardruns) reported@Rogers @Fidomobile I called close to opening time at 9 am, when @RogersHelps agents are available, so there was no hold time. The last #CSR and supervisor, with whom I spoke, were both extremely helpful. She resolved one major issue. The supervisor even called me back, when I accidentally hung up, whilst switching to my Bluetooth headset. Here are my challenges: 1. I needed to escalate to her manager, when what I needed accomplished, was out of her scope. Your policy, does not permit that level of management to interface directly within users. 2. I am not a fan of self service options, for customer support issues. Additionally, my reasonable adjustment request requires a managers override. If it wasn’t available option in your system, the supervisor with whom I spoke, would have made the changes. 3. Your company’s policies placed me in this situation, in the first place. If you renewed the notes for the two interaction numbers that I provided, and all of my interactions with your CSR‘s during the past two months, you were able to confirm this.
