@Fidomobile 4/4 now tell me how can I get out of this issue, I can’t pay that much amount. Fido is trying to exploit me because the mistake is on my side. On the outage day I have an important online exam and a class which I have missed to attend.

Yo @Fidomobile really appreciated you charging me 100 bucks for a international roaming service which a: doesn't actually function and b: I didn't use (roaming data was turned off), but hey the three bucks for really ******* up my work day during the outage really made up for it.

Hey @Fidomobile do you care about the safety of your customers? Leaving a single woman stranded on another country and in a potentially life threatening situation and you want to deny me a $60 credit because you want to charge me when I had no service??

@Fidomobile 3/3 I apologized for my mistake and asked them to help with reducing the amount such that I can pay in instalments . But from 3 days no help from Fido. I spoke to credit team they said you have to pay within 30 days or else we will impose late charges.

@Fidomobile 2/3 After my device upgrade, I got 643 dollars bill for this month. When I called customer care they are saying Your add on of 1000 minutes was removed and charges were legal. I have to pay the amount. I tried to explain that I am already broke.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile They don’t even help when needed they just mould statements in a sweeter way by manipulating things with customers!

@RogersHelps @Fidomobile FYI although you said you are proactively crediting customers for the outage at a value of 3 days, my recent bill is not reflecting this. Am I surprised? No. Do I have to call in and waste over an hour on hold now? Yes. Another Fail? It never ends.
