@Fidomobile I waited 3 days for a “24 hour call back”- that never came. I called you about this, Fido. I got excuses, and a new “case” opened. Waiting after another 3 days for the “24 hour” call back. Very poor customer service...brutal.
@Fidomobile Been with fido more than 3 years have 3 line with fido , but never got any deals or promotions regarding tablets , which other companies does . And always upgrading latest iphone every year

Hey, @Fidomobile. I've been trying to talk to someone from your customer service line for days and no luck getting through a real person so far. I've been waiting on hold for 40+ minutes now and no one picks up my call. Can you please help?
@ToddRei64764696 @Rogers So I’m not the only one. Using @Fidomobile home internet which uses Rogers. No internet service either near Eva / West Mall.
