I have a tech support issue, Fido MAKES you select a call back date/time that is almost always the next day and "only 2 slots" left if same day. I have no service and I am FORCED to wait!?! Where is the queue to wait on phone? UNACCEPTABLE!!

Keith Watts (@atKeithWatts) reportedAbsolutely disgusted by the way @Fidomobile and @PurolatorHelp have handled my delivery. I've been told apparently since Fido is sending me a phone and forgot a simple apartment number, Purolator can't deliver it and neither party will fix it.
