Jesus Christ @Fidomobile is the single worst company I have ever dealt with and it's not even close. The lack of competition in Canada is absolutely killing us, and I'm not even talking about the Rogers outage last month.

@Fidomobile just credited me an extra 5GB of data for 6 mo. No charge. For being a loyal customer. And that’s why I’ve been with them for 14yrs. Thanks!

@MJForbes @Fidomobile Suspect not, but getting a person to answer a customer question in Canada telecom-land is nigh on impossible. That’s b/c it’s the customer's fault there’s a problem.

@Fidomobile I am not giving out personal information over Twitter. How about a complaint email address? I don't have another hour to sit await to but cut by your staff again?

Anybody else with @Fidomobile having issues making and receiving calls lately? It's been hell all week, most incoming calls go straight to voicemail without showing a missed call, and it takes several tries to dial out. Atrocious call quality quite often too.

@Fidomobile Your phone lines tell you to use the website & your 'live' chats cut people off. I'm cancelling my service, I have several family members in Canada who will be doing the same. UTTER DISGRACE.
