@Puchita97 @Fidomobile we would like to see fido broken up to small companies as it lost people confidence by ballooning out of control

@Fidomobile I feel completely liberated, after 20 years of awful service I have jumped ship and left Fido… thanks to the unfriendly customer service and the unfriendly company. Toodaaloos

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions made me shell out $105 for a @Google Pixel 4a that died on me. My phone wasn’t under warranty but neither Google nor Fido had a solution to get the device repaired. I was compelled to pay off the device balance for a dead phone. Customers be aware.

It will never not be funny to me that FOR YEARS @fidomobile has called its app "My Account" Like if KFC just called itself "Your Order"

@FidoSolutions The problem is that @Fidomobile thinks they can pick when & how a customer communicated with them but it is up to the customer. Expecting us to make an appointment to reach someone by phone is disgusting. Moving to Telus!

@chaichurail @Fidomobile Wow. I’m not even in a contract and I financed my phone. Paid it off early last year. Maybe call customer service and see if they can do anything

@Fidomobile I 1/2 don’t like to do this sort of social media shaming, but after multiple attempts to sort out a payment issue and being constantly steered towards “virtual assistants“ that are manifestly, unable to solve the problem… (cont’d)

@Fidomobile it's ridiculous that when I call Fido pretending I'm a new customer my call is processed within seconds but when I say I am existing customer I have to book an appointment days ahead to speak to someone. #FidoSucks
