I would avoid using @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions like the plague, $700 in long distance fees and no one is willing to actually help, just the same prewritten message. Disconnecting my services ASAP.

@Fidomobile The ambassador team also cant do anything as same as your in store person and absolute failure customer service team. I filed 7-8 complaints still no solution. You dont respect the customer while its still with you.
