    @Fidomobile whoever is working on your AI needs to be let go. Other companies out of the box AI will do better than the **** you have. Now hard to train your AI.

    @Fidomobile It got fixed. Fido refused to acknowledge it was your cellular system. Once articles came out your company did something. Terrible service.

    @Fidomobile disgraceful way to treat customers. Luring people in with an attractive price and then quietly increasing it just months later is deceptive and completely unacceptable. Don't want excuses or a generic explanation of your pricing policy. FIX THIS.
