The fact that my @RogersBiz home internet keeps on having issues the past couple of weeks and forcing me to use my data from @Fidomobile as a hotspot so I can get my work done really hits differently when I’m reminded that Rogers owns Fido so Rogers is getting paid either way 🤨

@Fidomobile Hi Fido, been trying to call you to change my home Internet installation appointment, been on the phone for at least 2hrs each day over the last three days and no one can make this simple change for me! I keep getting bounced between customer and the technical team!

The sign of @Fidomobile is the worst in Nepean, ON. There is no coverage, there is never mobile Internet and if the bill comes, charging something that does not generate connectivity or confidence. I decrease service !. Please don't use this service, don't waste your money
