@Fidomobile, why is it hard to speak to a person & why is the default customer service set at passive aggressive and dismissive with vague answers to straight questions? Not enjoying being judged by the company I've been with for 25 years & treated like I don't deserve answers.

I understand that internet service providers need to do maintenance, but can you at least send an advisory to customers so they make necessary arrangements. People are working from home, home schooled, etc and waking up to no internet throws the day off. Cc: @Fidomobile

@Fidomobile I’m wondering why your call centres are closed, your chat support doesn’t work and your website is not working. Do I have a cell company anymore?

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile internet service has been intermittent since Thursday. I keep getting text messages to say the issue has been fixed and it isn’t. This is unacceptable now. I work from home! Literally got disconnected in the middle of meeting today.
