.@Fidomobile I’ve had another roaming issue where roaming automatically activated even though cellular data was turned off and I didn’t call/text anyone. Now I’m 100% certain this occurred previously. It was at the same location. Should I DM to get this resolved?

Funday @Fidomobile thought today would be a randomly great day to cancel our internet service for no reason (legit they did that no joke for no reason) THEN they can’t figure out how to turn it on THEN send me to a store with no modems. 4.2gb in hotspot for WFH and counting. 🤬🤬

@Fidomobile How do I file a complaint? I was offered a phone upgrade on Sunday and told I would be called back. Now get calls from Fido multiple times a day and as soon as I answer I’m hung up on. When I call in I’m told nothing is on file about a phone upgrade. Change providers?

Scheduled a @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile tech to come replace our broken modem. Waited night & day. Tech came in the evening without a modem. Wtf is the point of troubleshooting w/ the specialist & reporting we don't have a modem only for tech to come not knowing we need a modem?
