    what happened to @Fidomobile they use to be so amazing w customers even better because you never needed customer service. Now it’s seems every issue takes 4 calls/transfers. And then a follow up bc of issues. I just wanna give you my money and have a plan & phone that works 😢

    Hey @Fidomobile why are you only offering some customers extra free data due to the week long power outage in Ottawa? I was told it is not possible despite knowing several other customers who you helped.

    Extremely dissatisfied with @Fidomobile Thursday morning a technician was here to install my WiFi, could not make it work. After talking with the support line 1-2 times a day since I still don’t have any internet, and no one can give me a timeline… 0 stars would not recommend

    @FidoSolutions I completely recognize that it is not the staffs fault. I did call in for a solution and the only options given were a 5GB bonus which did not last long or increase my data plan. My frustration is with the company that is doing nothing to support its customers.@Fidomobile

    Power has now been out for almost 24 hrs. I’ve used 4GB of data because I can’t use WiFi at home. What solutions do I have @Fidomobile? I’ll inevitably use the remaining 3GB in the next few hours. I’ve never gone over my limit but it appears I’m about to. #ONStorm

    Day 4 of @RogersHelps @Fidomobile home internet being completely out. Website says no known issues. No communication on FB or Twitter about the outage. No estimate for resumption of service. I'm pretty patient and honestly thankful we didn't lose power, but this is ridiculous.
