    @Fidomobile now want to charge $15 to change your mobile plan if you speak to an agent on the phone but this service is free in person at a store. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION against disabled people and those who have issues with mobility. I AM TAKING THIS TO THE NEWS AND THE BBB

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Why My account application is not working, when i need my 5 extra data hours at that time application will not work but when it comes to bill payment then it will work why thé hypocrisy ?

    I just learned that @Fidomobile will be waiving all data overages ( in Quebec ) that happened during the multi day power outage we had because of the ice storm. Well done 🙌🏻 Fido

    @Fidomobile …. It’s been close to a month after the Internet a/c been closed but still to receive a return Label in the email , even after the second call to customer service.Instead received Bill for the closed account.
