Mama bless (@zoomieking00) reportedWhy can’t I talk to a real person when I call @Fidomobile I just called right now and they are booking appointments for call backs on Monday, nothing earlier. Why do I have to wait until Monday to speak to a live person or get my problem resolved, that is ridiculous!!

💱😎YYZ.STUNNA😎💱 (@Afropolitan_25) reportedBring back real customer service with real humans ! You can't keep cutting costs like this. You guys are essentially fast tracking losing customers If that's the goal then fine @Fidomobile

Philomena Gunk (@macaghalla) reportedI've had @Fidomobile since 1996. 30 ******* years. Today, I had to schedule a call back with an agent so that I can escalate an issue to a Supervisor, who will call me back in 48-72 business hours. Needless to say, I'm taking recommendations for a new provider.

Howard Bailey (@howardruns) reported@Rogers @Fidomobile I called close to opening time at 9 am, when @RogersHelps agents are available, so there was no hold time. The last #CSR and supervisor, with whom I spoke, were both extremely helpful. She resolved one major issue. The supervisor even called me back, when I accidentally hung up, whilst switching to my Bluetooth headset. Here are my challenges: 1. I needed to escalate to her manager, when what I needed accomplished, was out of her scope. Your policy, does not permit that level of management to interface directly within users. 2. I am not a fan of self service options, for customer support issues. Additionally, my reasonable adjustment request requires a managers override. If it wasn’t available option in your system, the supervisor with whom I spoke, would have made the changes. 3. Your company’s policies placed me in this situation, in the first place. If you renewed the notes for the two interaction numbers that I provided, and all of my interactions with your CSR‘s during the past two months, you were able to confirm this.

Lizzie Fry (@liz_boof) reported@Fidomobile I ended my contract with you on August 25th, yet you still bombard me with emails claiming I owe you $200+. Your online chat team won’t resolve it and I can’t visit in store or call because I no longer live in Canada. Please fix this before you ruin my credit score.

آسمانگر (@eyesonsky) reported@Rogers @Bell @Fidomobile During the current internet disruptions, please help Iranians stay connected with their families by providing free calling services to Iran. Your support during this difficult time would make a meaningful difference. #DigitalBlackoutIran

SM (@Sabisweet_s) reported@Fidomobile honestly so disappointed. Been a loyal customer for YEARS and there’s zero appreciation for long-time customers. No help, no solutions. Loyalty clearly means nothing.

Hasan Unlu (@hasanun03898098) reportedWooow @Rogers @Fidomobile you claim to be the number 1 yet there is no support after 7 or 8 pm. I transferred my number from Fido to Rogers replied YES and still got a cancelled after 90 mins message. Now support is closed and I cannot call anyone. What a joke. Shame!

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reportedI've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up.

Masih (@masihhaha) reported@Fidomobile get your garbage *** support team and contact me. Im so tired of begging for a callback from this **** company, just so that I find out who is using my credit card and to cancel a plan that’s unjustly is using my money.
