    @Fidomobile So Fido promised me that the nonstop telemarketing calls would stop. 4 times a day, everyday. Was promised that it would stop and that Fido would call me resolve the issue. That was yesterday. Today? Two more telemarketing calls and nothing from Fido to resolve it. Liars.

    @Fidomobile That's the opposite of what every other Fido employee has done for me. I'm not looking for a solution anymore, this is about letting others know how you treat customers.

    When you get your certified preowned phone from @Fidomobile and the headphones are covered in ear wax and red marks so you contact them and they say they can’t do anything since they aren’t broken....is this not a health violation?

    I understand why @Fidomobile is constantly giving out free data now. If they didn’t they wouldn’t have any customers because they’re customer service team is beyond useless.

    Wasn't planning on upgrading my phone today... Also have never upgraded through a website with curbside pickup. @Fidomobile has a pretty great system going and I'm getting a brand new phone with a cheaper monthly bill. Less data but I had an absurd amount I wasn't using

    @Fidomobile Fido another useless conversation with your tech support and customer service team. Blaming the feds for your service not working properly. Telling a customer who is getting 10% of the service that he is not entitled to any rebate because the phone still "works".1/2

    @Fidomobile why can't I do a one time gift to friend a couple of my unsused gigs of Data ? We are both fido customers, and it's paid for. Why can't this be a service.

    @Fidomobile @cbcmarketplace Why doesn't Fido take it's customers complaints seriously. I attempted to contact technical support for two days and keep getting cut off. Nobody does anything to help me. I'm stuck in quarantine with a phone that doesn't work, why don't you care?

    @Fidomobile I'm so disappointed that you have to sympathy for seniors stuck overseas that had charges on their account simply for having the phone on for emergency access.
