@Fidomobile @theresacb I do not recommend fido to anyone. They are big scam.. when they try to bring me back they offer good deal and when I use it. They charge me and tell me that it was not in my package and the person who offer me did not write it down. So bullshit. Will sure look for other company

  • chloeBumblebee chloe (@chloeBumblebee) reported

Thanks @RogersHelps and @Fidomobile for switching my area to fibre internet only so an incredibly poor person like me has to get an unnecessary and expensive internet package. Absolute garbage.

  • aarunjames Aarun James (@aarunjames) reported

@Fidomobile I am facing this issue repeatedly for almost 3 weeks now, where in the outgoing calls are disconnecting the moment they connect. Not sure how many people are facing the same. I think the network bars are just showing without the actual network. #FakeCoverage

  • xsonarisx xsx (@xsonarisx) reported

Today's @Fidomobile data outage I experienced is giving me flashbacks to the Canada-wide outage- again left without connectivity & Fido was not at my side- this time during a power outage!

  • Drewisky1 Drewisky (@Drewisky1) reported

@Fidomobile I am paying a month balance on a phone that doesn't work properly, and one that I do not have in my possession. I have a repair agreement with a repair number and contract and no one can locate my phone.

  • FatherFRYZE Dakota Martai (@FatherFRYZE) reported

I don’t think Telecom companies like @koodo and @Fidomobile should be allowing 3G data to count towards my data allotment. My contract says unlimited 4G/LTE access. Even chatr gets unlimited 2G network. Literally the highest plans in the world and they charge $25 for 1 extra GB

  • risai04 Risai (@risai04) reported

@Fidomobile worst customer service. Agents come on live chat and don’t even response. This is unacceptable.

  • job88 ΘΕΛΕΙ ΤΡΟΠΟ,ΟΧΙ ΚΟΠΟ (@job88) reported

Trying to get customer service from @Fidomobile and the stupid Jack won't connect. As for calling them ..not optional 🤬🤬

  • justspa60403737 justspam (@justspa60403737) reported

@FidoSolutions The resolution was that it's finally canceled but bye bye to the money you've been charging me all these months. Cancelling all my accounts with @Fidomobile after all my plans are done - service outages and pulling stuff like this? No thanks

  • JillLovesToFly Jill Winer Ⓥ (@JillLovesToFly) reported

@Fidomobile just wanted to ensure everyone is aware to not waste their money on the #belkin @belkin @BelkinCares screen protector you sell. Evidently the warrantee does not work if it breaks due to dropping ones phone. I have never seen a screen protector break in any other way.
