👑 (@nellatiffy) reported@Fidomobile customer service is literally HELL. To speak to a live agent you need to schedule a callback.. you’re stuck talking to some stupid AI bot that doesn’t understand.. the agents you then talk with are from India, so you spend the next 37 mins repeating yourself.. FML
