    @Fidomobile what's wrong with the app? When I click sign in, it keeps redirecting me to the browser, and once I put in my credentials, it crashes. This has been going on for about a week.

    @Fidomobile no i dont want anything to do with fido i will cancel whatever i can cancel and terminate my contracts with fido and wait on the ones i cant cancel. I will be spreading the word, people need to know about my experienceS with fido so they know what to expect

    @Fidomobile doesn’t want to have to communicate with their clients over the phone anymore. The good news is they won’t have to because my new cell phone provider is going to tell them when I cancel my services. #CancelFido #NoCustomerService

    @tina_edube @Fidomobile I have the same problem, the app is flooded by 1 star reviews with people who have the same problem. I called and billing gave me 3gb extra for 3 months free because it's impossible to access the 5 free hours of data on all plans

    @Fidomobile And your colleagues were one call away. Only to be told our policies are written in stone even if we were at fault. So no, u wanna help go dig up my file and see whats on it. Im tired of doing fido’s job for them.

    @CCTS_CPRST @Fidomobile literally cheating with customer by fido service provider i am student and they make 75$ charge in my bill but till no one resolve my concern.

    @Fidomobile : just pissed with how your agents are so hopeless. I am charged a 50 dollar for service fee which was expected to be credited back.This has not been done and your agents keep talking random stuff.
