    So disappointed in @Fidomobile service. I was on hold for 40 mins and as soon as I get in contact with a worker I get cut off. I really hope someone can get back to me Because I don’t want to wait on hold for so long again

    Never ever use @Fidomobile im trying to solve a problem with them for many years and they refuse to help me. They tom#ke advantage of me when I got the service because I didn’t speak English in that time and now they are charging me 3k for a bill.

    @Fidomobile ... the worst customer service in the telecommunications arena. Advised to wait MINIMUM 45 mins to speak to a manager for an error FIDO BILLING made... Why not just take my number and call me back...😡😡😡

    .@Bell just got a 500CAD bill for 5 days of travel, Wifi calling is a racket with you guys, never had this issue with @Videotron or my friend, who activated his exactly like me, with @Fidomobile. Vacation ruined like the Chichen Itza pyramid I went to see.

    @Fidomobile you have the worst customer care of any mobile company out there! Your reps do not care about their clients at all. My contract expired and I just wanted to upgrade my phone and the treatment I received was just awful. What ever happened to CUSTOMER CARE?

    @Fidomobile Hi, trying to very hard to settle up my account since October 2022 and my account has been cancelled since Dec 2022 but I keep getting billed. Why? Can a supervisor or manager please help me here. Thanks.

    @Fidomobile The whole “Pride” concept itself is not respectable. It’s perverse garbage. Not everyone or everything deserves respect. Respect who and what are respectable, but call out and condemn the disrespectable for what they are. #Pride
