Nimesh Patel (@Nimeshp1992) reported@Fidomobile I got my fido bill more than what was promised. first month bill was $75.82 instead of $50 plan. Second month bill is as per $50 plan instead of $35 plan. Customer service is very bad to resolve the issue.

I was told I’d get a email stating it’s been fixed but haven’t received any emails and it’s been more than a week. Very disappointed with Fido!!

What I got was an mail in my junk folder that I got to know after 45 days when charged 281$ for long-distance. Unprofessional behavior
