@Fidomobile I was put on hold for 2 hours, when the rep finally answered my phone, she upgraded my plan without my consent then when i questioned her why changing it to a worst plan she hanged up on me! WTF? FIDO seriously?

Hearing about @koodo’s Black Friday deal ($45/month for 50GB data + unlimited talk/text AND a free iPhone 11?!?!) I’d be a fool not to switch phone providers! Especially after the joke of a credit @Fidomobile offered their customers after their 2nd outage in under a yr. #Koodo

@Fidomobile worst service. I have been calling fido since 3 days . No one is there to help. Today i was on the line for 1 hour & no one was there to help. The second time i called they told me to call again later. Very much disappointed.
