    @Fidomobile Changed my plan as i accepted an "exclusive" offer. But didnt know that i will loose credit for extra line. Also $5 upgrade was more like $10. My bad didnt read the fine print. How can i revert back to my original plan?

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I just got a notification that I have used 100% of my monthly 10GB but that is impossible because my plan restarts every 27th of the month. Can’t help but feel like this is a ploy to get me to upgrade to 30GB for more money 😒

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Your service is very poor. For the past week there have been multiple internet outages at me place. If you want to complain really time is more than 2 hrs. This is the level of costumer service.

    Hi @Fidomobile I changed my plan but I was billed higher. I am trying to reach your customer service but I am not able to connect. The calls have a huge waiting time and the live chat is disconnected by the customer support person. Due to this my payment due date has passed.
