Cameron Crookston (@CamCrookston) reported@Fidomobile We gave no warning you were going to cut people's service and were so unprepared that your phone lines couldn't even book call back messages. The line at the fido store was out the door for people whose phones stopped working. Manywere elderly and confused. Shame on you

Do you REALLY think I'm still using a 20-year old tiny Nokia phone? I tried and tried to call the number you sent to me to give my updated information.

sepideh (@sepideh_208) reported@Fidomobile I got it from Fido, it's Motorola edge 2024, my old phone was not covered by fido network anymore so fido sent me a new phone. I activated the new simcard on my new phone yesterday and it was working but today I received the text saying my service is suspended

However, when I call, I’m faced with a robot that wants to schedule a call with me for either tomorrow, Saturday or Monday. Do I cancel my account now?
