Looking at cell plans for @VirginPlus @Fidomobile and @koodo and prices are similar, right down to the cents. Tell me again how great Telecom is in Canada? Then I land a job at one of the big 3 and my silence has been bought...

@koodo just switched to @Fidomobile because of how garbage your call back service is. Who's ever idea call back was should get fired for incompetence.

@Fidomobile FIDO SUCKS! You have zero care for your customers. I have been a customer for 25 years, since the beginning, and for $100 questionable charge, they refused to discuss a credit. I am on hold for 45 MINUTES and will be repeating this post for the entire time.

@Fidomobile Placed order for iphone 12 on the fido website twice. The credit is charged twice and there is no order confirmation and website would just loader/progress bar for ever. Fido customer service don't agree that there is any problem with there website. So frustrated!!
