    @Fidomobile when are you going to fix the reception issues near 72 and 148 in Newton? I have complained numerous times over the last 2 years. Always told its my 📱 but never given a new one with warranty. Lte doesn’t work, constant dropped calls.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions VERY disappointed with the POOR customer service!!! Need to move so ask Fido to transfer internet to the new address. NOT working after moving in, called the technician, was told that an onsite appointment is needed. Booked an appointment and the technician NEVER CAME!

    I have no Internet since morning. I tried to talk with the customer service ,and every one sent me to another presintve with no luck. @Fidomobile need help .I got an appointment for tomorrow , but I didn't get the confirmation massage .

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions your customer service is the biggest piece of **** and waste of time I think I’ve ever experience. You are a telephone company who’s lines can’t hold who calls without disconnecting customers. You have called me 107 times in the last 4 months.
